I would love to review this product having placed an order for 9 canvas prints late Sept 2022, but as this incompetent company seems totally incapable of actually delivering the full order, I am unable. They said on Sept 28: "Our system occasionally has problems like these" - when I inquired about a problem, they apparently had with one image. Later, after further inquiries they said: Oct 6: "Your order is currently in production. You will receive an email notification once the order is shipped." That didn't happen. Much later - after an infuriating email exchange, they then finally conceded, and by implication admitted the print was not actually in production, and then say: Oct 14th: "Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your order is back in Production and will be shipped shortly." And now 5 days later, Canvas Factory still have not delivered the 9th print to my client and they have meanwhile, much to their discredit, foolishly asked me for a product review. So here, above, it is.
