I needed new year charms for a couple of tassels. CapandGownDirect made it easy to find what I was looking for. The charms were inexpensive and were shipped to me so quickly.

Better than expected! The quality of the gowns were nice (not paper-like as my graduation gown was 20+ years ago!). I'm happy we chose this company. We will buy more in the future!

I placed an order March 22 and still have not received it. I've tried calling 3 different numbers and have not been able to reach anyone to ask about my order.

Some of the information on the website (regarding product availability) was confusing, but they responded promptly to emailed inquiries. I did have to call them, and, when I did, I talked with an actual person who was able to answer my question and process my order. Also, shipping was very prompt. So, while the information on the website was confusing, their customer service was great!

The cap and gown were just what we need, at a decent price. We ordered too big, they are true to size. We are going to have to exchange it, but I do not foresee any issues. This is a good company. They are fast and reliable.

I have not received my purchase and attempts and getting tracking info have failed. I need a refund processed. Please respond.

I had no problems with this order. Shipped and received in a timely manner and was exactly what on the description.

The purple tam is lovely but its too small for my big fat head. I can rework it and make it functional but I was hoping once again that one size (with velcro) truly does fit all, and it would work when received.
