Gorilla OG seeds

I ordered the Gorilla OG seeds. The offer at the time was BOGO. I did not get the additional seeds with the initial shipment. I contacted Captain Seeds and they shipped the additional seeds. I planted 5 of the seeds and was delighted to experience 100% germination. My girls are happily growing and around 3’ tall at this stage. Thanks Captain Seeds!

Literally a 1 💫..

CAPTAIN SEEDS GHOSTS THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN ITS TIME TO SEND THE SEEDS AFTER PAYMENT!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!!

THE SEEDS THEY SEND ARE RANDOM AND NOT THE STRAIN YOU THINK IT IS!!!

I ordered on the BOGO as I am a first time customer... Got my first order in the mail, they package 20 seeds in a plastic container with 2 different side, when i got mine, 18 seeds were in 1 side, 2 in the other so they were mixed up in delivery... Emailed Captain seeds, they asked for a pic, i sent the Pic, few days go by with no reply back. I emailed them again asking if there's any update on the reshipment, they email back saying they will update me that night. Didn't get nothing at all. I email them 4 or 5 days later, they just told me it was shipped and to "Just wait for it" with no apology or nothin... Not that I really care but it just kraizy to do as a business... Im just going to stick with Humboldt Seed Co!!!

ALSO:My order is 10 Grape Ape and 10 Freakshow strains... Captain seeds told me to germinate the first seeds so I did because I was going to try to pick the best 2 from each kind to grow out. I have not came across a freakshow genetics yet and they are on the 3rd row of leafs... Everywhere i look it says you'll see the fern like leaf structure by the 2nd node... I dunnoooooo... I will update this soon as I know if there are any Freakshow strains or not... I mentioned it in the emails to Captain seeds but they just completely disregarded literally everything I said and asked just to give me some short emails back like I was bothering them or something... STICK WITH HUMBOLDT, SEEDSMAN, ILGM, Trusted ones where you can just order directly on their website and not have to have an email sent to you with payment instructions... I promise, you'll be ALLOT happier...

UPDATE : Still never received the replacement seeds Captain seeds said they were sending me... Not even a label created to send them out. (USPS Informed Delivery) So it was a lie to begin with...
Only 13 out of 20 seeds popped.
I ordered 10 Grape Ape, 10 Freakshow strains... NOT 1 WAS FREAKSHOW!!! So these seeds Captain seeds is sending to customers are most likely just random seeds and NOT THE STRAIN YOU ORDERED!!! Freakshow leaves look like ferns and it begins on the 1st set of leaves, IM ON THE 5th SET OF LEAVES AND NOT ONE FREAKSHOW!!! WTF???

Now I have to start a dispute with my bank to get my money back... I have all proof through emails and pictures!!!

STICK WITH HOMBOLDT SEED CO.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CAPTAIN SEEDS!!!

Seeds didn't germinate for toad venom

Seeds didn't germinate for toad venom. Asked for replacement seeds. He said he mailed them, and that was on June 2nd 2026 and now it's the 18th. He said there was no tracking number. Why would seeds take over two weeks to arrive from LA to Oakland ca? So I had to pay 54 more dollars to buy some more seeds and he keeps giving me that tracking number as if it’s the tracking number for seeds. He supposedly mailed on Tuesday, June 2 to replace See that never germinated, but in my opinion, those never got mailed at all and he pretending as if this tracking number for See I paid for again is the tracking number for a C I think we never mailed. Never got replacement seeds, and I also believe he has stolen our credit card and charged uber bills to it, as that happened twice on two cards, one a replacement card, and as soon as I used the second card, with him we got another fraudulent uber bill/s x 3 at about $3-400 each time, and guess what, he was the only common charge on both cards! don't buy from him as other people have had similar experiences, with the seeds, not popping, not getting replaced, lying about mailing them, not being the strains you think they are. Sad now.

They do NOT ship your items in 1 to 3…

They do NOT ship your items in 1 to 3 business days, as a matter of fact on the bottom of a invoice it states " product will be shipped when invoice is paid! This is NOT the case. Ive ever mailed and e mailed with very little to no reply. When asked when is my shipment they simply send you a simple "heads up" ypur label has been created. Nothing about shipping and its been almost a week. I put my order in tues and ita sunday night with no shipment. I will be getting my money back

UPDATE.
Was asked to remove but no....they did refund my money back after I asked 3 times. They told to wait another day to see if the post office ships my package. Blaming the post office at first. Apparently they- the seed company, had my order my seeds due to not being in stock. They didnt not let me know they were out of stock, they did not have "Not in stock" on the website as so many were marked out of stock, instead they said they will get an order of seeds on fri and mine will be shipped by the weekend. Keep in mind I ordered Tues, this is now day 3, the invoice states " your order will ship same day as payment" Their own web site states "ships in 1 to 3 days" . Day 4, Sat comes and goes with no tracking number still . I e mailed again and we went back and forth a few e mails and was told to wait again. I did...its now Sunday, day 5. I told them I wanted my money back, they hummed and hawwed... trying and make it right and I said nope! Pay me back. After me asking 3 times they did. They e mailed me and said they could refund me right then...then in a diffrent e mail they said I'd have to wait 12 hrs and I told them NOOO...you just told me you can do it now. They offered a few things to "SPEND MORE MONEY WITH THEM" like free seeds on my next order...I said im good. If you treat a first time customer or a returning customer this way...maybe you shouldnt get the business. And that's what I did. You want to make up excuses and be non verbal about YOUR problems with my order and expect people to just wait...and wait....and wait some more to make sure you get the sale...not happening. Not to me...sorry but not sorry. I bought seeds else where

Bad Business

I don’t know what’s made this company rip me off, I’ve had one email from them 3 days ago saying they would look into my order and now they have ghosted me. Now my only luck is to get my money back through paypal.
UPDATE: Minutes after posting this review I was informed a label had been created, not actually shipped. 5 days after paid and you said all orders are shipped within 24hrs. And why did you wait until a negative comment to finally reply?
Update 6/17/27 Company has allegedly created a label and that is all they’ve done. They haven’t handed anything over to the post office as claimed. I’ve requested a refund.

Have a new account but have always had…

Have a new account but have always had great experiences but this first order on new account I made over a week ago so 3 days after it said ready to ship I found out I was having surgery so tried to call to see when it would be shipped out so I can plan accordingly but every time I call it says busy lol I kinda expected that no worries at all but I emailed a week ago to attempt to find out my timing for everything before surgery and I still have not received a reply and calling still leads me nowhere lol so trying to get info by any means if possible before my procedure. I do love what you all do and the quality of what your company represents

I have had a great experience so far

I have had a great experience so far. I am a first-time buyer. 9 out of 10 seeds planted are showing promise. 1 never came up. I just made another purchase and will plant those this weekend. I'm using Happy Frog soil and will use Fox Farm products. I am really impressed with the selection. My seeds came on time cannot say anything negative.

Great seeds with excellent customer service. Needed an address update and soon as I sent the email I received a response back saying the issue was corrected.
