Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice. Meine Kaffeemaschine ist kaputt gegangen (zog kein Wasser mehr). Ich habe meine Situation geschildert und erhielt immer sehr schnell Rückmeldung via E-Mail. Es waren gute Tipps, wie ich selber versuchen kann, das Problem zu lösen. Nachdem dies nicht gelang, wurde mir eine Ersatzlieferung in Aussicht gestellt.
Das Problem wurde daher für mich positiv gelöst.
Die Kommunikation war durchweg freundlich, kompetent und kundenorientiert, die Antworten auf meine E-Mails kamen sehr zügig.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti di CAPXSNOB perché non riuscivo a trovare su Amazon l'adattatore Dolce Gusto per la mia macchina Magician1, in quanto temporaneamente esaurito. L'assistenza mi ha risposto subito con estrema cortesia, proponendomi di spedire l'accessorio direttamente tramite il loro reparto locale. Dopo aver fornito i dati richiesti, il pacco è stato spedito il giorno stesso! Un supporto post-vendita così rapido ed efficiente è davvero raro da trovare. Consigliatissimi!

Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein absoluter Traum! Leider habe ich einen Adapter im Urlaub verloren. Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt und innerhalb von drei Tagen einen neuen Adapter bekommen. Hatte bisher mit Onlinehändlern nur selten so einen tollen und unkomplizierten Ablauf!

Nachdem an meiner Kaffeemaschine ein Problem aufgetreten war und ich mich damit an den Kundendienst gewandt hatte, wurde per Mailverkehr sehr rasch der Fehler abgeklärt. Die Behebung wurde durch einen kostenlose Ersatzlieferung einer neuen Maschine durchgeführt. Ich kann mich nur für kompetente, rasche und freundliche Erledigung bedanken.

A sturdy machine built with quality materials. I particularly appreciate the freedom to use the coffee I prefer, without being tied to a single capsule system, and the ability to clean it without having to buy special cleaning products.

Customer support deserves a special mention: quick, clear replies, even on a Saturday, and a problem promptly addressed by sending me a new, upgraded machine. Truly VIP service.

Ho acquistato la Magician2 Macchina da Caffè Multicapsula 5 in 1 da un mesetto. E sinceramente la consiglio caldamente, è ottima fa dei caffè perfetti e molto buoni.
Oltrettutto è multi funzionale va bene per Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Lavazza A Modo Mio, Cialde ESE 44 e Macinato.
Ha un Touch LED, Auto-Adattivo e tutte le regolazioni per personalizzare l'erogazione.
Ottimo servizio pre e post vendita sempre prontissimi a risolvere qualunque curiosità o problematica.

I had an issue on my 5-in-1 Capsule Coffee Machine because I cannot extract the adaptor for coffee pods from the machine because the internal part is slipped out of place, blocking the removal of the pod.
The customer service by the photos sent and with the extended warranty (VIP warranty), organized immediately the shipment of new 5-in-1 Capsule Coffee Machine and I received it the day after this report. Hence I'm very satysfied of this good support.

Great company to deal with and innovative products. I bought a Magician 2 multi-pod coffee maker via Amazon. This was a brilliant machine but it developed an issue where there was problem with just one particular type of pod after a couple of months. After communicating with them via email and sending off a couple of videos Amazon were tasked with immediately sending me a brand new machine. All in all brilliant customer service from Capxsnob. A very happy customer.

The service I received after notifying Capxsnob about a fault was truly outstanding.
Within minutes I received an email response from their Support team acknowledging my email and asking for a couple of extra (simple) details. After this and within 15 minutes of my initial correspondence, the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Ho acquistato qualche mese fa la loro magician 1, macchinetta da caffè eccezionale che funziona con cinque diversi tipi di capsule e cialde.
Dopo un paio di mesi il caffè con la cialda Ese non usciva più con la crema ma sembrava quasi slavato e acido,segno di sottoestrazione.
Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti e nel giro di tre giorni avevo gli adattatori nuovi a casa, il caffè è tornato cremoso, corposo, lo zucchero galleggia per più di 30 secondi sulla Crema... In macchina e eccezionale e assistenza straordinaria, consiglio l'acquisto, Consiglio questa ditta.

Arrivata nei tempi previsti. Ho avuto un problema con un adattatore ma il servizio clienti è stato molto disponibile. Mi è stato sostituito l' adattatore in due giorni. Bravissimi.

Support did a great job with my issue with the machine. After a few videos and pictures, they told me that it wasn't an issue with the water tank but rather an issue with the machine itself. They asked me which color I wanted for the replacement, and they also sent me a picture/screenshot of the new order, which will arrive this Saturday. It was a great experience that I never really had with any other company. If they continue like that, then I'm pretty sure they will get a lot of customers.

Having purchased our new coffee machine in May 26 we were disappointed when the capsule adapter got jammed in the machine last week. We called the service centre (in Italy) and were directed to send an email to a support address, a reply arrived within a few hours and a confirmation of a replacement on its way came the day after. Fingers crossed we will be drinking coffee again tomorrow if Royal Mail deliver as they say... it has taken less than 5 days to resolve. The machine was still under warranty. Thank you. Very prompt, efficient and friendly manned service.

Ho acquistato una Warriors 1 undici mesi fa e utilizzata con capsule Nespresso e Dolce Gusto, sia originali che compatibili. Ha funzionato bene per otto mesi, a parte la temperatura dell'acqua che in realtà non è regolabile come descritto. Poi in modo discontinuo ha cominciato ad avere problemi di erogazione. La bevanda usciva in ritardo e la quantità era sempre più esigua. Non è servito ripetere la decalcificazione e pulire gli ugelli e la lancia, quindi dovrò mandarla in assistenza. Essendo in garanzia la riparazione è gratuita, Il problema è che esiste un solo centro autorizzato per tutta Italia, pertanto una volta aperta la pratica manderanno gratuitamente il corriere al mio domicilio per il ritiro e poi per la riconsegna (si può concordare il giorno ma non l'orario). Sinceramente dato il guasto precoce mi sarei aspettato una sostituzione, ma non mi è stata accordata. In questo modo purtroppo il cliente dopo neanche un anno è costretto a rinunciare al caffè per un periodo prevedibilmente non inferiore a tre settimane mentre è in riparazione, motivo per cui non ne consiglio l'acquisto.
