Excellent professional service from Carl in helping me sell my car which was advertised on AutoTrader. He contacted me, offered a price which I was happy with and then arranged for me to drop the car at a local dealer, who were equally professional. They were pleased with the car and money was in my account in seconds. He made car selling a doddle. Excellent service.

A helpful and straightforward service. Ken responded promptly whenever I had a question. Everything was just as he described and I'm really happy with the car including the costs and paperwork.

The expected delivery date was met and Ken kept me up to date during the whole process. From my experience in dealing with other car lease companies in the past who promise false dates and pricing information. Ken was nothing like this and was upfront and helpful.

Avoid at all cost, I requested a quote from Ken for a VW Touareg black edition, to be fair he provided me with the quote which was a good quote, however we have decided to forget about leasing a new car now due to the lengthy build times and went out and bought a second hand car, I let Ken know the day after I received the final quote that we were no longer interested and I was amazed to his response and barrage of abuse (very much a bully boy sales man) my first email to Ken

“Hi Ken, Sorry I’m pulling out I’m afraid, I’ve traded the evoque for a velar
Sorry to have messed you around”

“Yes you have, I could have sold that car twice over, Do NOT contact me again.

My email, hi Ken, can I suggest reacting like this when you don’t get a sale isn’t very professional, I work in sales and I win and lose out on sales daily, but I definitely don’t react like this or I would go out of business very quickly.

My email, fair enough, you’ve obviously had a bad day and I’m getting the brunt of it, very very unprofessional, I was going to leave it there but, I feel I can’t now and I am going to write a review bully boy sales don’t wash with me.

My point I’m trying to make is if you ask for a quote and then you change your mind due to the current climate we’re in, brace yourself for the barrage of abuse and threatening behaviour over email.
