My car arrived on time and in perfect condition. Andy the driver kept me well informed so I knew when the car would land. His reversing skills were epic, my drive is tight and Andy navigated it with ease. He took great care unloading it and was very helpful. A credit to your business.

What can I say
Andy called me first thing on the delivery day to explain he was on route to pick the car up at the dealership
Once he had put the car in his trailer he called to give me a time on when he would be at the delivery address
Andy even called me when I was home from work as I couldn’t be there for the delivery to talk me through setting up the app
Service from Andy was outstanding

Chris was absolutely exceptional and went completely above and beyond with my vehicle delivery, personally driving from Birmingham to Leicester and then all the way to London. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly professional, cooperative, understanding, and attentive to every detail, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about the vehicle and my experience, even taking the time to recommend products and suggestions to help improve it overall. The level of effort and commitment was genuinely unbelievable, and it’s rare to come across someone willing to go that extra mile for a customer. I would highly recommend Chris and would absolutely want him to personally deliver my vehicle again in the future.
