Oh my goodness what lovely jewellery from this company! I ordered some earrings for my son's wedding and because of circumstances I'd left it until the 11 hour to order them. So I contacted the Customer Service team and was lucky enough to have messages with Leanne, who was superb! She assured me that if I placed my order that day she would guarantee they would arrive in time, and they did, 2 days before the day! She also gave me the discount code which I couldn't find. The earrings are beautiful and will go with my wedding outfit perfectly! I can't recommend Carat London enough for their great products and fantastic service! Thanks once again to Leanne for all her help! x

I was initially drawn to Carat London because their jewelry is beautiful, but unfortunately, the quality doesn't match the aesthetics. I purchased a necklace for my wedding and a pair of earrings, spending nearly £300.

The 18K gold on my gorgeous earrings bent after only the second wear, and now I either don't wear them at all or handle them extremely carefully, which is disappointing for the price. As for the necklace (the Cyndi Necklace), it was a complete disaster. It arrived tangled and impossible to untangle, so I had no choice but to return it.

While the customer service was friendly, they were slow to respond and offered no real solution other than returning the necklace and waiting for a refund.

In conclusion, while Carat London's designs are stunning, the quality and the condition in which the items arrive, especially considering the high prices, simply aren't worth it.

My order was stolen/lost my the DHL driver and I contacted both DHL and Carat London right away to report the issue. DHL have accepted liability however Carat London are yet to send me out a replacement! The customer service has been appalling and my emails are being ignored. I called the shop which was useless and no one would even point me in the right direction of someone that could help. Looks like I have lost over £100 so not only is the DHL driver a theft so is this company.

I have ordered from this company twice now, and both times their customer service team has been extremely helpful. They really go above and beyond to help and are so kind about it! I ordered the Calluna necklace and then the bracelet and both are equally gorgeous and arrived very quickly. Leanne in particular was lovely and was able to help me receive the bracelet I had ordered in time for an event.

I ordered a Sapphire Pendant and white gold chain for my daughter’s 21st birthday which was going to be whilst we were on holiday in two weeks time. I messaged customer services to enquire if the items were in stock and if they’d be delivered before our holiday. Leanne advised me that the items were in stock and to contact her after placing the order so as she could ensure it was delivered in time. I did this and she replied that it had been despatched. I received frequent updates on the status of the order and delivery. The sapphire pendant is lovely and my daughter loves it. I would definitely order from Carat London again as I couldn’t fault my experience with them.

First class service and amazing customer care. Placed an order on Friday and it was delivered today for my mum’s 90th birthday. The bracelet is beautiful.

I bought a pair of earrings for my wife’s birthday and I emailed Carat’s Customer Service to see if they could be delivered in time for her. A lovely, helpful lady called Leanne got back to me letting me know she’s posted them the same day as my order so they would get to me in time. She was very helpful and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Leanne.

Worst service ever! Not only does the customer have to cover the costs of returning the item (+ any applicable duties), but they also refuse to accept the package back, completely ignoring customer support requests. My experience ended up with me wasting €321 on a bracelet that didn't fit me, and an additional €120 trying to return the item. It's just a scam, don't bother wasting your time and money.

Lovely products but sadly the returns process is a little shocking.

Returns is at your expense plus they deduct the delivery charges off your return.
Lesson learnt the hard way, suffice it to say that I won't be ordering from them again

Found some earrings for my wedding with less than two weeks to go. I wanted to make sure they’d arrive in time so I emailed Carat London, they responded within 20 minutes and got my order shipped within the next 5 minutes. It’s such a relief and I can’t thank Leanne enough. Great company with great customer service!

Having ordered my earings via Ebay I requested if the earings could be sent to me urgently as i purchased them for my wife on our 66th anniversary.
I got an immediate reply from Leanne customer services who looked after me from start to delivery. My wife was very happy with these pretty earings.

Very helpful customer service!

I lost my original Carat* London ring a couple of months ago and the team at Carat* has been a complete dream. My ring is no longer on their website or in their stores but they were able to re-create my ring without changing me an arm and a leg. I cannot thank Leanne enough for all of her help. I recomend Carat* London to everyone who is looking for a special piece of jewellery.

I ordered the Briar earrings and Quentin bracelet in white gold plated for my upcoming wedding. Leanne in customer service was superb, ensuring my delivery arrived in time - I can’t thank her and Carat enough for a great service and beautiful products.

Having placed an order with Carat for 2 items I noticed the standard delivery time was outside the time that we wanted for a special birthday present.
After contacting customer service Leanne immediately arranged a next day delivery with DHL. Top service.

I had left my order very late and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for my anniversary. Thankfully Leanne was amazing, replying to my email straight away and shipping the necklace immediately. It arrived 2 days after I’d ordered it with a hand written note, nicely wrapped and looked brilliant. The customer service and product quality were impeccable.

Gorgeous pair of earrings. One of the earrings broke after a couple of wears, possibly due to them being very delicate. When I raised this with Carat they replaced the pair of earrings with no problem or additional cost. Leanne the customer service advisor was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back!
