I would definitely recommend this company. They replied to an enquiry immediately and then shipped my order fast. I will use again. Im very happy with my ring it looks amazing.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter‘s birthday but only had a few days to spare so I emailed customer services and they were excellent. They sent it first class and it arrived the next day.

Terrible service - nice product
Terrible service. Ring ordered 4 March and received end of May! Unhelpful customer service who didn’t even offer apology for missing a special date as righ was ordered as a gift. Would never buy from them on-line again!!! Such a shame to ruin a lovely product with awful customer service!
Aftercare service in replacing damaged goods was brilliant!
I had made an order for several items, two of which arrived damaged. I contacted customer service straight away, and the treatment throughout the entire process was fantastic. I always received a very quick response (within 48hrs), which was also very helpful in explaining both the process of returning the items in exhange for new ones, and how to follow-through with next steps. Within a couple weeks, I sent back the damaged items and also received new ones in perfect condition. The whole process was seamless, swift and easy. Plus, Roxy from aftercare serivce was great!

I contacted Carat to enquire whether an order could be fast tracked more quickly than the 5 - 15 day stated on the website. Leanne from customer service emailed me and explained that she would assist me in fast tracking the order which she did this morning.

Even though I had to wait longer than anticipated for my jewellery, it was well worth the wait.
When I made enquiries the customer service I received was excellent especially from Leanne.

Easily broken
I bought a heart shaped diamond pendant and platinum chain for my daughter’s 30th birthday. The pendant dropped out of its clasp after a month. Carat replaced it but said it must have been her fault catching it on something. The same happened again less than 6 months later so I took it to a jeweller for repair. The completely remade the clasp because it was not fit for purpose! Now the chain has broken again and is not repairable. I am disappointed with the quality, particularly as this was a special gift for her 30th and I hoped it would outlast me. I won’t buy anything from here again.
Don't waste your time
Avoid at all costs - ordered a jewerly set as a gift for my fiancee was told 5-15 days.
After 2 weeks of no response from them I was told they thought it would be in stock nearly 2 months after the order date.
Great Service
My wife loves the ear cuff but we had to return it due to a minor issue with the clasp.
CARAT's aftercare service was excellent and they arranged for a replacement. Thank you to Roxy for your assistance.

Needed a last minute birthday gift
Needed a last minute birthday gift but wasnt sure whether I'd be able to acquire it in time. I was put in touch with Leanne in customer services who was able to ensure the items were sent same day. Great service!
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Responded quickly. I needed to the product to delivered next day and Leanne (Customer Service Advisor) assured that it will be sent next day delivery by contacting the warehouse team. They went above and beyond for my Wifes Birthday. Very Happy! My wife loved the bracelet as well. Will definitely be buying again
poor quality - and such a shame
My husband bought me the celestia bracelet which I absolutely loved. Unfortunately the chain broke and we had to send it back. The return was sorted quickly and they sent a new one no fuss however unfortunately it broke again (I had left it on permanently at this stage as I was so scared of it breaking again after the first time) Again the return was sorted quickly and they sent a new one........but it broke again. Honestly I was not doing anything (I have my Monica Vinader chain bracelet on for over 2 years). At this stage customer service (still helpful) said they would offer a refund in the form of a credit (full value of the bracelet). I picked a pair of earrings which I received - however had to pay £8 postage for them! They also were almost returned as I could not get the backs off them - I did eventually but they are so tight that whenever I have to take them out of my ears it really hurts!
Overall the items look lovely but sadly I don't think they are made very well. Also customer service was good but I object to having to pay postage again and no offer of compensation for the issues and fact I now do not have the original bracelet I wanted.
5* action to resolve my problem.
I ordered a ring for my daughter's special birthday, but unfortunately the wrong size arrived. I got onto Customer Services and Leanne supported me through the whole process, resolving things quickly. I was delighted and extremely impressed with the quick action taken. 5* service.
The ring arrived and my daughter was over the moon with it. Style and quality was just as advertised. Stunning.

I wish I could give Leanne 1000 stars but my heart gives her 1000 stars her professionalism was superb, and this is what customer service is all about. It's very rare to get this level of communication and I think Leanne deserves the respect in her line of work. She was truly amazing even though I haven't met her. Her kindness and support and friendliness and the help she gave me during my enquire was outstanding. Leanne deserves a reward for her hard work and I highly recommend her service. The worst service I have ever…
The worst service I have ever experienced, now 3 weeks after the agreed delivery date, for an item purchased for a special birthday, customer service non existent, no communication, and offered a measly 10% refund. Stay clear from this company.
