Terrible Customer Service will ignore you when you ask for a refund. I dont know about their other products but the floor matts thin look nothing like what they show online and they look cheap. Don't order from here.

Nice looking case — really smart design and fits well.

However, delivery took weeks with no clear updates or estimated time, and I didn’t even get a notification when it arrived. Customer service wasn’t helpful either.

The included screen protectors crack very easily.

Overall, I like the case, but the poor service and extras let it down.

Received the package and the screen protectors were already broken and also the case is poor quality. corners are loose to phone and the case doesnt stay properly.

I love the cases. I have ordered multiple times.

Ordered floor matts for my wife's car. They arrived and are flimsy, thin, practically tissue paper quality. Trying to return them and Customer Service does not respond. The PO box for returns is not recognized by US Postal Service and UPS/Fedex will not deliver to PO Box. Do not buy form this company.

I ordered a phone case on December 7th, 2025. The shipping estimated arrival in 7-14 days. It is February 20th, 2026, and I have still not received the product. I have been requesting a refund since mid-January 2026. The only reply I have gotten is an automated email that they are contacting their courier to determine the problem. It does not take two months to determine the problem with a courier. I believe this company is a scam.

They are horrible, do not get anything from them. I ordered floor mats from them, and not even five minutes after I placed my order I decided I wanted to cancel it(for personal reasons), and I looked everywhere to find the option to cancel it, which doesn’t exist first of all so in order to cancel something with them you have to email their customer support email, and you cannot cancel anything if it has been shipped, and I emailed them, MULTIPLE times, literally five minutes after my order was made, so way before it was even shipped, and told them I wanted to cancel my order and if they could help me do so, then two days later, all they say is, why do I want to cancel it(first of all they shouldn’t ask this like it doesn’t matter why, i just want to cancel it???), and then I told them why, then, two days later again pass, and I get an email from them saying my order has shipped, so as you expected they email me the NEXT day saying I can’t cancel my order because it has been shipped… even tho i told them from the first day i ordered the item that i wanted to cancel it asap and it’s not my fault they took days to respond and then days to handle the issue and basically purposely stalled until they could use the excuse that it shipped and could no longer be canceled… so now i’m forced to pay for this product and get it even tho i don’t want it… do not buy from this terrible place omg

The phone case is awful, I won’t even put it on my phone because I can tell my screen would smash if I dropped it while the uneven, minimal protection case is on. Save yourself some money and get a phone case from your local pound shop as you’ll feel cheated if you buy one of these. Poorly designed and crafted & overpriced.

Déçu du produit. La coque en elle même est de basse qualité.
L’effet carbon est joli mais le vernis est moche à la lumière, on voit des traces qui ressemblent à celle d’une imprimante dont la cartouche arrive en fin de vie.
J’ai écrits un mail de réclamation mais je n’attends pas de réponses au vu des commentaires ici.
Bref de l’argent mis à la poubelle.
Achetez plutôt quelque chose d’une vraie marque comme rinoshield ou spigen…

Je ne vous mens pas que j’ai acheté cette coque par un coup de tête j’ai vu une pub sur insta et je suis allé sur le site je l’ai acheté et après je suis allé voir les avis à première vu ça fait peur il y en a plain qui ne les ont jamais reçus ou alors ils ont attendu pas mal de temps moi au bout de deux semaines j’ai reçus la coque qui est comme sur les photos et en surplus des vitres trempées très beau packaging merci encore pour le sérieux je met juste 4 étoiles pour le manque de suivis de colis qui ne met pas en assurance

Scammers, buyers beware! I bought two license plates about two months ago for over $100, and it took weeks for them to arrive because they don’t actually keep anything in stock. They literally drop ship them from Alibaba in China, and the shipping label was still on the package.

Their website promises a gorgeous black protective hard box to house these “premium” plates, but what I got was wrapped in a raggedy bag and thin, smashed cardboard. No carbon fiber license plate is going to survive a trip from China in a flimsy white bag, and it was clearly not as advertised.

When I emailed them about the issue and asked for a swap or a return, all I got back was “I will get back with you.” I kept following up, and they kept dodging the conversation to drag things out. In some cases they didn’t respond at all after already taking my money. When I asked for a refund, they repeated the same “I will get back with you” line and then ghosted me.

Do not buy from them. I cannot stress that enough. They have 15 reviews on their Facebook page, and all 15 are negative one star saying the exact same thing I am saying, just from different timelines. I am now disputing this with my Paypal to get my money back, and these guys are not responding to them either. They are a fraud and a scammer, buyers beware!

Super slow been 10 days nothing. No tracking no movement they still have the package. They asked me 10 days later for my mailing address. I used PayPal you know and have my mailing address. Going to tell PayPal cancel it.

Do not buy from these guys.. apparently they sent me my case but delivery company left it somewhere else, they accuse me of having received it but lucky my credit card company will issue refund as these cowboys wont bother looking into it

Costumer service is horribel they say they will look into it, but you dont get answer back.
I requested my money back they just dont answer. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I have been waiten more then week for any information on my order. They just dont give it to you.

Unfortunately, I received the wrong color. I tried to contact the webshop several times, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Delivery took about a week, which was okay, and the product was well packaged. The quality is decent, but not exceptional.

Overall a bit disappointing, mainly because of the lack of communication — otherwise, it could have been a much better experience.

Got the phone case 2 weeks after ordering, very beautifully packaged and no damage to it. The phone case sits well feels well and looks very cool

Customer service give standard reply yo look into it . But if you don't reach out again after a week you get no answer. Just saying a standard reply the are looking into it

Nice cover, lightweight and magsafe works for my use with a strong car phone holder - Im a bit sad that you cant feel the carbon itself, but it has a some kind of surface treatment.
Packaging was real nice, with "carbon" where you can feel the texture.

The MagSafe case that costs best part of £40 is useless it barely sticks to the charger & it doesn’t charge. Their customer service is just as useless.
