I order their premium car cover for my son's 68 charger in November of 2025 with 3 to 5 day delivery. After 3 weeks I contacted them, they claimed the fabric for it was caught on a delayed shipment from overseas and it would land within the week and I could expect it within another 2 weeks. At that time offered a discount which I accepted, however 4 weeks later no cover i contacted them yet again, again discount offer and an offer to sent the next level down Immediately I agreed again. After almost 5 months a cover arrived. The cover was to be used at the time the car went into storage which was in early December, the cover sat in original packaging until it was brought out of storage in early May. We tried to put the " perfect fit" cover on the car and it didn't fit tried reversing it front to back and nothing.the cover rides up almost a foot along the sides and needed to be strected almost to being torn, from experience i know this cover will shrink after exposure to sunlight for a few weeks. I contacted them yet again about this issue. They started out very concerned up until they discovered that I had it for over 30 days after delivery their response, if I paid almost 70 dollars for freight and as long as I paid to return the other cover they would send me the next size larger. So much for perfect fit option. I responded in the manor as you see here

We purchased the Gold Shield 5L - Car Cover from Carcover.ca in June 2024. The cover was just used during summer and fall and put away for the winter indoors. We took the cover out again in June 2025 and noticed it had started peeling and flaking all over. I contacted the company since it had a LIFETIME WARRANTY when I purchased it. I sent in photos and requested a replacement cover. They said they would gladly replace it if I paid $67. I paid $200 for the cover originally.
At this rate I would need a cover every year and each time I would have to pay $67 dollars. This is outright misleading and false advertising.
I cut my losses and didn't bother reordering. I do not recommend this company or their products.

Carcovers.com or carcovers.ca total scam artists, shysters ! Product does not perform as promised, not even close. Warranty and customer service is even worse than the product. Highly recommend to stay away from this company!

I ordered a top car cover from carcovers.com thi king that it would protect my corvette from the elements. I've had it for less then 3 months and every time it rains, I noted that it seemed to allow water through the cover. I sent a request to the customer care center and they were not any help at all - asking me to send pictures of the cover and wetness, which I did; only to have them say it is normal to gave 1% of rain get through as the "holes" in the cover allow it to breath. Well, this "cover" allows a heck of a lot more then 1% of water through as my car is as wet as it I had no cover on it in the first place. The cover only traps the moisture and then allows the moisture to bake into your vehicle.

Stay away from this company and look for an alternative companies. I wouldn't have been so disgusted if the customer help would have made a suggestion, but they just kept telling me this is normal...a car cover is to cover and protect the car from the elements, not just sit there to have the appearance like it's protecting the car.

Not impressed.

Ordered 2 top end covers for my truck & my wife's car. Truck cover was way too tight, so they replaced it right away, no charge, no hassle. I mentioned that my wife's cover was not waterproof, as advertised, but they never acknowledged it & i never pursued it, but should have. Now, less than 2 years later, the car cover completely failed & delaminated. They did honor the warranty, but charged me $62 to replace it. They need to get behind an obvious case of defective workmanship & not charge for replacement. Replacement did come quickly & i will be putting it on today. Buckles are extremely thin & poor quality. Hard to engage.
