Item arrived in good condition, and the response to customer service queries was very quick.
The issue is that the item was delivered nearly 2 months after being ordered, there was nothing on the product page to suggest this would be the case. It feels like they’re taking advantage of the hype for these products and take orders for stock they haven’t even got. Avoid if you want anything quickly! Won’t be using this seller again.

Theres a lot of negativity regarding Card Mart. Personally I can't see why.

I ordered two booster bundles with them and yes they took their time to send them as per most reviews mention here. Personally that doesn't bother me as I'd rather wait then miss out and have to later pay scalper fees. Yes obviously it would be better if things were posted a lot quicker however the company is run by two people so they must get a bit over run.

I did have a huge issue with royal mail as they lost my bundles but it got sorted and they were later found. Card Mart we're extremely supportive and helpful along the way. Shout out to Crissa!!!

Overall great company, there is room for improvement obviously but isn't there always room for improvement with every company?

Pre ordered the phantasmal but due to limited funds and much regret had to cancel. Cancelled on Friday and refunded on Monday.

Hopefully once I get more funds I’ll be back to order closer to launch.

liars. i’ve been waiting months for my order & nothing.

Ordered 2 black & white booster bundles back on 7th may… fast forward over 4 months later, still no dispatch email. Just like other low reviews, absolute joke of a company who takes money upfront for stock they don’t even have coming in and hope you forget about your order so they can keep the money. Avoid.

I preordered a victini collection box and the white flare binder collection. I emailed them when they hadn’t sent it for like 4 weeks, replied and said we will send in 3 days. Only the victini collection arrived and emailed back saying the white flare was missing and they haven’t replied. Would avoid buying from here.

Ordered a few times already, it takes time to get the items delivered, but they do come. If you're in a hurry buy somewhere else. Crissa always always very helpful with their customer services.

Super quick postage, item was packaged well and the overall price of everything was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Despite my better judgment, decided to order from here. As many others have reported, when my order finally arrived, it had a sticker from Game on it.

Nathan did refund my other pending orders quickly, however, I find it particularly disingenuous for a store to fulfil their orders by purchasing from retailers which we all have the same access too.

People are investing their trust and money with you Nathan; if you’re not able to meet the demand, simply stop taking orders that exceed your allocation from distributors.

I truly hope that you strive to do better and listen to your customers.

Nathan provided me with updates when items were delayed, and at a great price considering how weird the Pokémon market is at the moment. I can't imagine how long it takes to pack all those orders when you're limiting stock, thank you for going above and beyond! Pulled some cool stuff from my booster box ❤️❤️

I purchased a Destined rivals booster box from card mart before release. Everything went smooth and the box was well packaged and protected. Great item to add to the collection. I’ll certainly be buying more from this store in the near future.

Great company!!! I had ordered some destined rivals packs and unfortunately there was a small error with stock so the owner was kind enough to reach out and offer to upgrade my order to an ETB!! Extremely kind gesture on their behalf. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone

Made a pre order a few months ago for a Destined Rivals booster box and had no issues. Was a bit hesitant to order from them as they were a new shop at the time but I was pleasantly surprised :) Communication was great and I received quick replies to any emails I sent. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent store, my first order was Destined Rivals when card mart were a very new company and it was next to impossible to secure pre-orders so was a bit sceptical when I saw them in stock when everywhere else had sold out, but emailed Nathan and he was happy to show contact with distributors etc to ease my worries - all items arrived quickly on release in great condition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible Experience, Product recieved was from Argos.... Delayed delivery by around 3-4 weeks no communication made the whole time.

Taking pre orders over market place... Scalping products after release at retails stores which means your order gets to you weeks after release or cancelled if the seller can't get the product at Smyths or Argos.

Communication is horrendous! Never picks up the whole pretty sure it's a fake number, replies to email after you send multiple emails only.

While the prices are OK, they could do with more transparency in terms of delivery times and stock allocation.
