Bought a car off them and the car was not road worthy and also didn’t provide a service. Car was in bits and very rude people there. Never buy from them. Wankers

They never answered after purchasing

Whoever you talk to on Facebook messenger and ask for help is useless, clueless and immature. Purchased an android headunit with reverse camera. When reverse camera stopped working, pressed reset button on screen and cracked the glass. Apparently it wasn’t warranty but I wouldn’t have been playing around with the glass if the software didn’t stuff up. After a long time trying to get an RCA adapter that apparently only “they made”, he lied to me when I received the wrong one from Cardealz and purchased the correct one from somewhere else. When I received the RCA adapter the headunit whined off it’s head through the speakers from the poor quality headunit purchased from cardealz.
Would not even recommend Cardealz

Terrible company, Spams car forums. Bad quality product, terrible to deal with, no street address, refuses to warranty and provide refunds. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!

Bought head unit from them for my toyota fortuner and unfortunately it's a crap. Guy from car dealz "Stanley" not responding to my emails and using my photo on facebook and instagram with fake review. I just contacted Fair trade.

Catch of the day, Kogan and Dick smith buyer be warned!

UPDATE AS OF 1st of January 2021:
Stanley has now completed deleted his google account for Car Dealzz which mean all of the reviews for this scammers website has now completely disappeared! Nice attempt to hide his dodgy business.

My Experience with CarDealzz has be nothing but a horror show, Guys don't bother I had purchased a head unit through CarDealzz and it was just bad from the quality of the product being 0 stars (The GPS did not work at all and failed to locate my location, Constant freezing, The radio only worked a few times and kept failing, no anti glare on the screen so was very dangerous during the day, reverse camera kept failing, Bluetooth quality was so poor hands free was unusable not to mention the audio quality of the music via Bluetooth was very very poor ). It's been a monthly battle to get any refund! I had to get fair trading involved to see any response or refund after Cardealzz had blocked me, its been a joke, unprofessional and down right disgusting business practices from blaming customers to flat out lying. This has been the first time i have ever been treated so poorly by a business, a dropshipper who will ignore you and block you on social media to avoid you and avoid having any negative reviews on his site. Its a scam! just save your money and buy from a good brand but if you really want to buy these units, just look them up on aliexpress, least you know you'll be scammed and actually will get your money back.

Just have a look on google reviews! calming my partner and i have created multiple fake accounts to make fake reviews is a joke! he just can take that fact that his products are fraudulent, poor quality and that people are not happy, but ill mention how his friends are the ones who have given him good reviews.

Don't buy from CarDealzz! a business I chose to support as it was based in Australia and during a global pandemic wanted to help a fellow Australian by buying Australian.. little did I know I was buying from a low quality seller in Melbourne who dropships from china.

Absolutely terrible company, if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a head unit for a Pajero and a reverse camera in seperate orders. I received the head unit and not the camera. When I asked where the camera was they said it should have been in the box. Also there was meant to be an instruction manual and a remote that came with the head unit. Both of these were also missing.
After speaking to them they said they would send another camera, I thought ok great they're trying to do the right thing.
weeks passed still no camera, so I messaged them again asking for a tracking number. There response was we send multiple products daily, so we can't provide you with a tracking number. God knows how this company is run.
Now it's been another month, still no camera and to top it off, the head unit is for a left hand drive Pajero....
I can cop that I suppose it still works just a pain in the bum. I've asked for a refund on the camera as I am sick of waiting.
Let's see how I go with that.

The product quality was not as described on the website. Have been waiting for a refund for a couple of weeks now since returning the product. Have had to lodge a complaint with my local consumer rights body. They also blocked my partner on social media when he asked questions about the product quality.

Update:
The owner has now blocked me from commenting and liking on social media and has claimed that the reason the system doesn't work is due to my own error and is refusing to refund me all the money. Furious doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling right now. After almost 20 years of small business management and ownership myself, I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism.

Advertised product was fraudulent. Very bad customer service.

Ordered a $600 Navigation System from these guys two weeks ago, still waiting and no estimated date given. Promise delivery time frame was 5-7 business days, now it’s been 11 working days. So hard to get honest reliable services these days. Go with your trusted sources and not because you find an alright deal.

WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAR DEALZZ

I purchased the Android car stereo head unit for my 2017 Toyota Camry. I provide all of the information regarding my car. They confirmed that the unit will fit in my car.

I went ahead and purchased the unit. They promised me that I will receive the unit within 5-7 business days. I received the unit after 4 weeks. I was so excited to see the unit. When I opened the box, I noticed it was not packaged properly. They had bubble wrapped the fascia and the head unit was in its box. The head unit box was damaged. I thought the head unit might have been damaged, luckily it wasn't.

I had to assemble the fascia and the head unit together. Unfortunately, it did not fit together. It looked like the fascia was not designed correctly to fit the head unit. I messaged the seller and he kept telling me to watch a youtube video. The youtube video he referred me to was not even for Toyota Camry.

Anyway, I got fed up with his messages and made a minor modification to the fascia, so I can attach the head unit to it. After that, I pulled out my old head unit and tried to install the new unit. Unfortunately, it didn't fit in with the AC control panel. Again I contacted the seller and again he kept telling me to view a youtube video. This time he sent me the link to a youtube video. The youtube video was for a different car and the head unit was from a different manufacturer.

I asked the seller that I would like to return the unit. He declined to accept the return because I made a minor modification to the fascia. If the fascia was designed correctly I would not have to make any modification to it.

Anyway, you can buy the same unit 3rd of the price from Aliexpress. And if you pay extra for express post, it will still work out cheaper than Car Dealz.
