We made a weekend trip out there to visit the shop drove 3+ hours to see them and they were lovely. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a great time and traded in some cards and we definitely recommend everyone to pay them a visit.

Card goblin are very friendly and welcoming, trades and sales are fair, swift and reasonable. They have a range of merch on all relating trading card and other games. All of the team are very approachable with questions and queries and it is fantastic to have this store in Loughborough. Tournaments are well organised and the shop has a great vibe, very inclusive and supportive

Tend to rip people off when purchasing cards, and have actively witnessed one member of staff praying on customers with mental health issues.

Friendly approach, knowledgeable about what they sell.

Ordered a product for roughly £50 from CardGoblin, waited about 2 weeks for the item with zero communication from them to say the item wasn't in stock or was delayed. I tried contacting them via phone calls to their brick and mortar shop, I used their online chat function and sent them emails. After multiple failed attempts over 10 days I decided to use MasterCard chargeback because at this point it was fraudulent behaviour.

I have never experienced this anywhere else, I appreciate independently run stores have their difficulties and limitations. I also like supporting these stores and am a patient person and would have waited (hence why I waited as long as I did). The lack of communication attempted by them is unforgivable. They should be avoided at all costs as I can't imagine I'm the first person that this has happened to.

The order was in late Feb and the dispute has concluded today, as they did not even respond to the dispute. After 2 and a bit months I have my money back. Thank god for MasterCard the real hero here.

Easy to use shop always great with orders

Very friendly and nice atmosphere to go through bulk. Great cards and prices. Spent nearly 2 hours there and could easily have been there longer.

Richard and Tom are lovely and always helpful with advice. They make our little family so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly!

Ordered twice from them, the first time the order was placed on 30/11 and wasn't dispatched until 05/12, the second time it was dispatched a day late as Ordered on a next day service. Cards arrived in a paper envelope (no padding), loose in a cheap ziploc sandwich bag, in between two empty toploaders (bearing in mind that they didn't bother to put any cards in the toploaders).

Lastly, a lot of the cards themselves were frayed on the edges and warped. Despite prices being mostly reasonable, I will only be coming back if absolutely necessary.

Card goblin were amazing at getting cards to us super quick when we needed it! We always want to support them, they are a great bunch and always have what we need.

Original delivery was quick but there were two cards missing from the package. Once Card Goblin knew of the issue they rectified it quickly.

Got what i wanted at a decent price, arrived relatively quickly. Will be willing to reuse and shop there again.
