Fantastic advice and customer care…
They put my daughter completely at ease with their friendly approachable and professional advice. The knowledge and skills they showed throughout our visit enabled us both to feel confident and happy.
The advice was great and the earrings and piercing have been perfect.

Thank you so much, Stephanie. We’re really glad to hear that both you and your daughter had such a positive experience with us. Putting people at ease, especially for a first piercing or a moment that can feel a little daunting, is something we take a lot of pride in. It’s great to know that our friendly, approachable and professional advice helped you both feel confident and comfortable throughout your visit. We’re also delighted that the earrings and piercing have been of perfect quality, and the right aftercare advice makes all the difference. Clear, thoughtful and friendly service. Extremely clean and highly professional. I have been three times in the last year I would not go anywhere else now. Both piercers are wonderful.

My number one piercing parlour in South Wales!
10/10 across the board. The staff here are highly experienced and passionate about their work. Jewellery is of the highest quality, which may be pricey, but the staff only recommend what you need, no up-selling here. The interior is sleek, dark and cozy, with great (paid) parking at the rear. Can't recommend this place enough, won't be going anywhere else!

Really nice staff
Really nice staff, making you feel like the only customer in the room. It's expensive though. I didn't realise I was buying a £65 stud until I was paying (and then I ended up losing it the next day which reminded me this happened before so I think I'm jinxed).

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re so pleased to hear our team made you feel comfortable and well looked after. We’re sorry to hear about the mix-up with the jewellery price and that you lost it so quickly, which must have been frustrating. If you’d like, feel free to get in touch with us directly, and we’ll be happy to talk through different jewellery options to help find something that works best for you.

Rebecca is Wonderful…
Rebecca and Daryl were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic whilst also being thorough and very professional. They were a joy to meet and be pierced by. I left with a very cool piercing which I love.
One of the balls fell off the first afternoon and they replaced it for me free of charge the next day which was great.
I’ve had no trouble at all with healing but I love that they offer, and in fact proactively encourage, free check up visits to let them see how it’s healing.
I will definitely be back!!

Really helpful from start to finish. Nicest piercing studio I’ve ever been to and most informative. Talked me through everything. Looking forward to returning for more!

Really great all round
Really nice, friendly and professional. Had my ears re-pierced. Jewelry selection is great, it took me ages to chose and they were very patient explaining benefits of different metals etc. They also helped entertain my 5 yr old who was waiting with me when I came back for a check up which was very much appreciated, she now wants her ears pierced and a forehead tattoo 🙂 Thanks
