Stop using 3rd party "must install" apps to track order... It's Royal Mail. Just send the tracking information.

The Shop app is intrusive as hell...

I ordered 2 different cards for birthdays. I couldn't be more happy with them both. I ordered the cocktail card and the cherry blossom one. Both are stunning. The blossom one came with a extra special envelope - nice touch. Delivery was fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommend cardology. I will be a return customer

I ordered the London Christmas scene and thought it was lovely , I’m sure the person who receives it will keep it with their decorations and bring out year after year, it’s so lovely 😻

Lovely dogs pop up card for my friends birthday, very good quality, I'm delighted with it.

I bought a floral crown card for a 50th golden wedding anniversary and was disappointed with the card. The colours were quite dull and subdued. I sent an e-mail to Cardology four days ago but, so far, I have not received a reply from them.
Had I actually seen the card before buying I would not have spent £13.50 on it.

I have been buying from Cardology for a few years as I love their creative and well-made pop up cards. A few days ago, the card I bought for my daughter's birthday arrived damaged. I emailed them with a photo of the damaged card. They replied to my email within 10 minutes and sent me a replacement card the next day - with an extra birthday card included as a bonus! I have seen older reviews saying their customer service is bad, but I suggest giving them another chance. This is a small family company, yet their speedy and generous response was far better than bigger companies that have more resources. A company like this is worth supporting!

I have personally used Cardology once or twice, but my uncle uses them frequently for all his cards.

I reached out to Cardology via email as my Uncle struggles with his vision and needed some extra note inserts.

Not only did Cardology respond very quickly, but they very kindly sent him a gift pack of extra note cards, envelopes and additional items.

This is how customer service is done. I honestly thought companies didnt know how customer service works any more, thank you for proving me wrong.

I have bought from here twice now. The cards are well made and humorous. The delivery is very good.
The recipient was very happy to receive the card and spent time looking at the details.
I’m very happy to be supporting a family company with something a little bit out of the ordinary.

The cards are beautiful. However, I bought Christmas cards early in October and when I went to write them, two of them had the note card stuck to the main card and were impossible to remove. One is the Hedwig card and the other is a Peter Rabbit. There is only a 30-day window to complain and this has gone. These are expensive cards and I will have to find a way to use them. It is embarrassing and annoying.

Cardology Ltd let me down. I spent a total of £14 and specifically ordered a cat pop up Christmas card for an elderly lady that loves cats. They sent me one with Stormtroopers on! Cardology are difficult to contact. They don't have a telephone number. I did send an email about this issue but I didn't get a reply. I will not use them again.

I bought the pop-up Silver Wedding card for my daughter and son-in-law, wanting to post it. The envelope it arrives in is ingenious as it is supposedly designed to be turned inside out, and re-used as an envelope to post. There is one snag: the purple end-tabs should have the glue on the other side, otherwise the contents can just slide out! I have had to Sellotape the purple bits down the other way.

Unfortunately I can’t give a ‘0’ star review as it doesn’t give the option.
Can’t comment on the cards that I ordered 6 days ago as they STILL haven’t arrived!
So much for supporting small businesses- I have had to purchase a birthday card elsewhere & it looks like a new baby won’t be receiving a keepsake.
Maybe they should give the option of which carrier you would like them to use as Royal Mail appears to be losing them business. I’m about to raise a case with PayPal as they can’t seem to honour their own terms.

The cards arrived in good time, I ordered 2 cards, the stormtrooper and Harry Potter car, nice little cards, the emphasis is little, they are disappointing to be honest. Not worth the value, I was expecting something amazing from £10 per card, you could just purchase a standard pop out birthday card for a fraction of the price. I blocked their constant spam emails since I ordered. Don’t trust an advert on your Facebook feed 🤦‍♂️

One of the few companies that actually stick to there word, as slot are so unreliable now. can't say nothing bad about this company, top service as per usual, great communication, hence why I keep coming back, keep up the good work guys and girls.

The cards are really amazing, and the service is just as good. The cards are very intricately designed and the type you'd keep and treasure for years to come. The engineering of each card is just phenomenal! You have to see one for yourself to see how good it is.
