I really like this course. I have tried taking a course online but I feel being in a classroom and being able to ask questions and talk to others on my same path is much better! I would like to give a shout out to Veronica. I'm only 1 month in so far, however, Veronica has made it much easier for me to understand. I love how she explains the content in an easy and understandable manner and is always open to every question. I also love how she shares her secrets!! She informs you of real life situations and gives you tips that you would not learn in the book. I personally am fond of Keller Williams and really like that this course is actually offered in the KW building (as well as other locations). I recommend this course to anyone who is struggling to find the best way to learn all this information! Just because you are in a classroom doesn't mean you don't have to read the book though!! The best way to go about this course is to read the chapters that will be discussed in the next class so that you will know exactly what is going on and will be able to ask all your questions at the right times.

Micheal was my Real Estate Mentor for about 3 months and he is just an amazing teacher. Thanks to him I was able to understand everything there is to know in real estate and more ! Everytime I came in to class he kept giving me the feeling that I want to keep going forward as fast as possible and start my career already ! He is very professional smart and helpful , funny too ! I recommend anyone that is thinking of real estate to sign up with CA realty in Newport Beach . You wont be disappointed !

Fantastic! I had Veronica Jones for all three sessions, and she is wonderful! From the moment I walked into her class I knew I would love it! Her energy is so beautiful, fun and energetic that you can't help but love her from day one! Not only does she teach the material, but what's most helpful are her personal experiences in the industry. Periodically she'd stop in the middle of the lesson to share stories about her experiences in relation to the material. (Which were almost always hilarious) For me that helped draw a mental picture that would not only help the content stick, but also gave me a better understanding of how all of this information will actually be used.

Even better, she has kept in contact with me after the sessions to see how I'm doing, if I have any questions or help with anything.

She's super fun, hilarious, and personable. I think she's an ideal teacher and mentor. Just speaking to her for a few seconds makes you want to be her BFF and have her sell your house. That is exactly the way I want people to feel about me!

She doesn't know yet, but I'll be bugging her about mentoring me soon!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Robert Rico and his real estate class. I recently took the exam and passed on the first try, which I attribute to the excellent preparation I received from Rico. I took an evening class and would be completely exhausted after working 9+ hour day. However, once I got into the class the time would fly by so quickly and I was engaged in the material and topics that I would forget that I was tired in the first place. Rico brings great enthusiasm and a wealth of experience... If anyone else is considering a career in real estate I will defiantly recommend them taking his class!

I have always had an interest in real estate but didn't know the best way to get into it. I started to research--there were a lot of online classes that were very inexpensive. I wanted to take an actual class even though that came with a higher price- I thought it would be more worth while and I would be held accountable. I came across LA Realty School via Yelp. I took a plunge and went to one of their career nights. They were very welcoming and I enjoyed what I heard the class could offer. I liked that several people were in the same boat as me... wanted to get into the industry, but had limited experience. You have to start somewhere! I gave Robert Rico a chance--I'm so glad I did.

Rico is very personable, easy to talk to and is passionate about real estate. He keeps his class very engaged and really makes an effort to learn about everybody in his class. Every class was packed - I couldn't get there early enough to get a decent seat. Ha! I never missed a class bc I wanted to soak up as much as I could of Rico's knowledge. I really like his teaching style. You can tell the quality of a teacher when he gets excited about what he's teaching and he knows what it takes to be successful. His personal stories/experiences helped glue some of the harder topics we covered to understand the big picture which was extremely helpful.

The Keller Williams office is very friendly filled with people that have open arms to help with anything that you need. Carolee, Rico's wife, is on top of so many things that are necessary in order for Rico to do what he does so seamlessly. They are most definitely a power couple. I will be in touch with Carolee for assistance in sending in all of my paperwork in order to get my license finalized.

I can comfortably say that Rico Made my experience. I'm walking away from his class with a lot more knowledge and understanding that I would not received if I took some cheap online class.

I loved my Real Estate classes at Keller Williams! Michael Salas is a wonderful teacher. He is an upstanding, honest and professional instructor with a wealth of knowledge from all of his experience in the industry. I love his anecdote's! They really bring the material to life that we are learning.

Not a good course at all. The agents say they care but they don't. I haven't recommended this course nor agents to any friends or family.
Inconsiderate at times.

It was one if the worst experiences of my life. Impersonal, is a mild duscriptuon . The instructors seemed like they couldn't wait for it to end. It was a speed through. No time for lunch . Horrible parking . None of my questions were answered. It made me quit real estate. Horrible, isn't enough. They do not care about you AT ALL! If you want to do real estate go somewhere else . One more thing, just to prove how little they care, this survey came 10 months after I took the class. Yes, I am infuriated ! Very very unhappy.

Never will return horrible training awful instructor!!! And please don't call me because I'm really disappointed and I have nothing kind to say..ty

The crash course was great and really helpful! Definitely helped me pass the exam.

Total waste of time. Instructor just reads off powerpoint slides and was unprepared.

Excellent experience! Loved the Keller Williams brand as well and took the Ignite course which was a great compliment to The CA Realty Training. The instructor, Mark, was knowledgeable and made the classes interesting.

It was fine. Not great but not awful.

Whoever is interested in becoming a Real Estate Agent, I definitely would recommend Ca Realty Training.

Easy and effective course program delivered by experienced professionals.

I did not have a good experience, and would not recommend this to anyone.
