Completing the LaunchPad course was a game-changer for my career shift. It gave me clear direction on where to focus and provided a step-by-step roadmap for navigating each stage of the transition, including which pitfalls to avoid. I loved the blend of self-discovery with hands-on experimentation—learning to move faster by prioritizing consistency over intensity. Beyond the framework, the group dynamic, shared experiences, and peer connections opened up great new opportunities. Highly recommended!

I joined the July 2026 Launch pad and it was amazing! It helped me get out of my circular analysis paralysis and start assessing what really gets me excited without any judgement! I also cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have a community during a career transition. I was working solo with a career coach for 10 months prior to the launch pad and felt I really needed community to make more progress. The launch pad did not disappoint and really filled that need.

Leading up to the launch pad, reading the Tuesday newsletters and articles by Natasha also helped me feel less alone and think differently about my career shift plan. Plus all the staff at Career Shifters are incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional. If you're looking to make a career pivot, I highly recommend Career shifters as a place to start.

The Launch Pad course helped me put some structure to a process I sort of had been trying to figure out for a long time, helped me get clarity around what my next step might be, and feel confident in the feasibility of making a change.

Signed up for a two hour online workshop and found it very inspiring and inclusive. Richard provided a really useful framework to begin the daunting process of shifting careers after 25 years of doing the same thing.
It was also uplifting to (virtually) meet people in the same position as myself.

Off the back of this, I had the good fortune to be offered a one-to-one with Richard which has further inspired me to take action.

Careershifters was suggested to me by a brilliant coach and mentor, and having completed it, I can wholeheartedly back up her recommendation. Their approach is practical, human, and challenging in the best way, balancing self-reflection with real action.

I'm wrapping up with what I'd hoped for - a clear path forward. The process of career shifting has been immensely rewarding, but also really daunting at times. After you work hard to build a successful career for 10+ years of your life, it’s hard to know where to begin. That’s where Careershifters came in for me. The team, and particularly Richard, provided me with the tools, courage and support to rebuild my career around a clear purpose.

On a personal level, the weeks I spent with them pushed me out of my comfort zone, helped me find comfort in that discomfort and reconnected me with my passions. Now that I feel like I've successfully shifted, I can confidently say that doing the Launch Pad helped me put down the foundations of where I am today.

The Career Shifter's Launchpad course, has completely changed my mindset about my career options.

I have gained confidence and optimism about what is possible and I'm enjoying the journey as much as I know I will achieving the end goal.

For me, it's been about far more than just my career, Launchpad has changed my approach to life's challenges, moving me away from over thinking and encouraging me to look outside the world I know. I'm discovering new interests and building a wider circle of friends.

They don't just leave you with a set of notes at the end of the course either, you retain access to the course content and there are options to remain part of the membership for ongoing support.

I joined this workshop about getting my career unstuck and came away feeling informed, positive and heard. Richard's presentation was very interactive and interesting. There's no magic to shift things but these guys can offer a bit of fairy dust to help you get started on what can be a very scary path!

I really like the careershifters website and newsletter. It has helped me and continues to help me with my career transition. There are always good ideas, small steps to take, useful guidance and it helps me build confidence for whatever comes next. It also makes me feel less alone which is so important! While I haven't particpated in a course yet, the team seems super helpful and responsive. Grateful for all the work they are doing!

I attended the 2-hour online introductory workshop "How to identify exciting, viable options for your next career" and it was exactly the catalyst I needed. It provided a structured space to articulate the career struggles I had been quietly dealing with for a while, and it forced me to finally take concrete action.

One of the biggest bonuses was the community aspect; I met a wonderful group of like-minded people whom I kept in touch weeks after the 2h workshop. Even though I chose not to do the full Launch Pad program, this short session completely jump-started my transition. Thanks to the momentum I gained, I successfully shifted into a new role that I truly enjoy. I actually look forward to going to work now!

I attended a 2 hour workshop with Career Shifters as the first step of evaluating my current career and how to go about understanding how to investigate changing careers. Richard was an excellent facilitator, and talking to others in the group was incredibly helpful - lots of people in the same or very similar position as me, emotionally as well as in terms of employment! The resources shared for the workshop, as well as free resources available on the Career Shifters website are also very informative for people considering a change and set out specific next steps for changing career. I have signed up for the full Launch Pad course following the workshop, and the one-on-one follow up call offered afterwards.

I attended a CareerShifters Career Change Workshop after following this organisation for a while, having read many of their blogs and cohort's experience. The workshop itself did not dissappoint, it was realistic, well facilitated, keeping the small group attending engaged and willing to share their experience and thoughts which really added a lot to the session. The overall approach suggested was realistic, thought provoking and encouraging. They highlighted there were no shortcuts to the right career shift, but it certainly provided a path forward which was a well researched and reasoned approach if you desired that change. This resonated with me and many others on the workshop, and there were many resources and support offered by Career Shifters to encourage you to stay on the journey and reach whatever a shift meant for you. I would highly recommend attending this workshop to see if this approach is right for you. I had read many of their blogs and material but this was a step change in understanding the approach by hearing from their course leaders and other participants.

I would highly recommend Careershifters to anyone seeking clarity and direction in their next career search.

Before attending the workshop I felt completely stuck having spent countless hours scrolling through jobs sites and even asking AI for advice without any real sense of progress. While I had a general idea of the field I wanted to move into, I found myself held back by the fear of making the wrong decision or putting myself at financial risk.

The workshop was a real eye-opener. It has helped explain why those countless hours have led nowhere, and has provided clarity on how to explore and navigate a career change in practical and manageable steps.

Highly recommended! This was an excellent, interactive workshop where the facilitator outlined a clear career-change roadmap and success principles. The breakout sessions were also a great opportunity to share experiences with others in the same boat.

It really helped clarify how to unblock obstacles, be more realistic about timelines, and map out the next steps. If you want to change careers but are struggling with how to start, this is for you.

Richard was positive, friendly and knowledgable about how to support people who are making a career change. It was good to speak to other attendee's who were having a similar experience of trying to clarify what they should do next. It was helpful to see some real life examples of how people have pivoted into other careers and have some actionable steps I can now make to move forward and make progress with the next stage of planning a new career.
