Excellent practical interview coaching
I had an excellent experience with Padma, the career coach. I had a couple of interviews in a niche area coming up and Padma was recommended to me. I was initially not sure how much benefit I would gain but was pleasantly surprised. Her support and insights from many years of experience proved invaluable, she guided me on how to approach the whole interview process with more structure, confidence and clarity. I ended up receiving offers for the positions I interviewed at.
Padma helped me identify strong examples from my 10+ yrs of experience and shape them using the STAR framework, keeping my answers focused, strategic and relevant. She gave very helpful and practical tips on common competency-based questions highlighting where I needed to improve and then practice my answers. Padma had researched the interview styles for the companies I was interviewing at before our session so was well prepared. She also sent some practice questions for me to consider and complete beforehand to make the most of the session.
I later also used PadmaAI to refine my answers to make them more concise. This is Padma's AI chat function that uses her coaching style in its responses.
The coaching also calmed my pre-interview nerves.
