Great support
The service is very organised especially the support documentation. There are articles as well was short videos to help us when get stuck. Excellent work from the team!

Best ECM on the market
We moved from another ECM provider at the end of 2022 due to non responsive to issues that we were raising. We are happy to be working with careline live as they respond quickly to queries. We also noted that their development team is always working as we have new additions/ features from time to time that are enhancing the use of the ECM. CareLineLive are really good and the customers love the app where they can see the care support given to their loved one in real time.
