Care Medical Source Avaliações

It was amazing to be able to receive the hand sanitizer in a timely manner and not be over priced. I only wish that shipping wasn't so much since there was a limit on the product.

Excellent all around service. The website has exactly what I wanted. I was able to make my purchase and received my items in a timely manner. I have also told my mother and 2 sisters about this site. Will order again from here as the need arises. Thank you for all you and your workers do!

Most fair and honest company ive come across during this scary and unknowing time. They allowed a limit of 2 and I'm very happy and satisfied with that. I wouldn't have believed this order would work out since several others did not for me.
Thank you so much! Stay healthy! 🙂

I've used Care Medical over 25 years, never had a problem with an order.

This was the only place I was able to find the right size tires for my chair.
Good price. Quick delivery.
Thanks!

Fantastic; speedy, kind and knowledgeable . We are so grateful for the help.

Ordered an received as expected and that is excellent !!!

My order was accurate and packaged well. It was also delivered on time.

I give 2 stars because shipping is very slow. I do not know yet on the product itself. However, I ordered over 4 days ago and the website continues to state... AWAITING SHIPMENT
I know this is not Amazon, but 4 days to ship out some tires. It seems a bit excessive in today's world. I'd pay extra at Amazon to have within 2.

I am a disabled person in Korea. Caremedicalsource.com is cheap, delivery is fast and reliable. Thank you always.

One package came quickly, the other one I haven't had a notification in over a week. The product that arrived was great

Web site is user friendly and easy to manipulate. The product arrived in a well protected package. The product appears to be well made, well engineered and effective. Well done process.

I was a long time purchaser of medical supplies from Care Medical. I now purchase most of my supplies from Amazon.

- Notification is terrible. What is the status of my order? "Status of Order" does not indicate which items have shipped and which are still on order. Previous orders have taken way too long to arrive.

- Care Medical orders my items from their suppliers and then bundles them for my order. If one supplier takes two weeks to deliver to Care Medical my order is delayed. Sometimes they will send partial shipments.

- Shipping is terrible. I sometimes get a shipping notification after the products have already arrived.

- Online search is really terrible. Search for "gloves" returns 46 hits. I don't want wheelchair gloves. I want latex exam gloves. Search for "latex gloves" returns 246 hits. That's useless.
The search engine should union (and) the search terms not disjunction (or) the terms.

- Customer support is very courteous and usually helpful.
- Prices - Competitive.

Shipping process too long I ordered a week ago and it is just now being shipped

The website is easy to use. I was able navigate through every department without any problems. Your selection is great!
