I am waiting 19 days for my order. Tracking number & link I was sent not recognised by DHL. Emailed company yesterday morning but no reply yet & emailed again this morning. I will hold judgement until I get reply back as I only contacted yesterday. I had more orders pending when I got my ones & when I saw the quality in the basket for my son's cars that I will hold off for the moment? Only looked at similar issues with another customer below, worrying.

They are very well made and were delivered quick enough. I got the odourless recycled materials with a red trim. They still smell like rubber matts so forget the odourless pledge. The only thing is the smell is lessening so the smell will dissappear in time unlike full rubber mats. Im still happy with them so I'll hold onto them and you can keep the money.

I have genuinely never dealt with a company as unprofessional, unhelpful and completely disinterested in its customers as this one.

I ordered a set of mats, along with SureFit insurance, on 26th July. The initial interaction was quick and professional, and my order went into production on 28th July. Unfortunately, that is where anything resembling good customer service ended.

It is now 13th August, more than two weeks after placing my order, and they still cannot even tell me where it is. The tracking has shown no meaningful movement since 5th August, with the same useless update simply stating that it has "left the country of origin."
My dealings with their aftersales team have been absolutely appalling. I have spoken with Elliot, Amy and Dan, and apparently not one of them is capable of picking up a telephone and actually contacting the courier to establish where my parcel is.

Instead, I have been repeatedly fobbed off with ridiculous excuses such as "it takes a few days to get an update" and, unbelievably, "we don't have a phone number for the courier." This is supposedly a courier company they spend thousands with every month, yet they expect customers to believe they have no means of contacting them directly. Frankly, I find that very difficult to believe.

Having completely lost confidence in them, I asked for the order to be recalled and my money refunded. Their response? They apparently have to wait until there have been seven days of inactivity on the courier's tracking website before they can even process a refund.

So despite having taken my money, being unable to tell me where my order is, and being unable—or unwilling—to contact their own courier, they are also refusing to give me my money back.

The attitude of the aftersales staff has made the whole situation considerably worse. The rudeness, complete lack of accountability, refusal to take responsibility and statements that simply do not appear credible are an excellent example of how not to run a customer service department.

Mistakes and delivery problems happen. What separates a professional company from an unprofessional one is how they deal with those problems. In this case, there has been no urgency, no ownership and seemingly no interest whatsoever in actually resolving the issue.

So here I am on 12th August: no mats, no refund, no meaningful explanation as to where my order is, and absolutely no patience left.

An utterly disgraceful level of customer service.

I was contacted by another person after putting up the review who apologised for the terrible service. They confirmed that they had a contact number for the courier (Shock). Received refund. Also told to keep mats if they arrive. Lets see !!!

We ordered a set of mats for our Fiat Ducato campervan, from ordering until delivery I was kept informed of the progress, communication was excellent and they were delivered. No problem to the south-west of Ireland. We are over the moon with the quality they fit exactly for our walk-through campervan. We also went for The coloured piping around the edge of the Mat to match the exterior of the van, we also went for the reinforced heel pad , in all we are over the moon with this product

Despite mistakingly thinking my order was irish its actually an english manufactured item.The mats came today which were longer delivery than adverised the quality is okay but the communication is rubbish i sent three emails enquiring when i could expect delivery and did not have one response which leaves a purchaser very stressed.I had a message from an-post saying i had a delivery today but absolutely zero correspondence from car mats .ie

What a great experience i had. ordered new seat covers for my new van and got a reply to confirm the order very quickly. As it was on the weekend i then got an email early Monday morning to check if everything was okay, as it turned out i ordered the incorrect covers and thankfully they were able to change it to the correct ones and items were despatched the following day and i received my seat covers within 3 days. i would highly recommend this company.

Quality was excellent and so was the customer service. Very happy!

I got my Car Mats this Morning, from CarMats.ie
And I have to say, really really disappointed with them, none of them fit my car, front or back, the back are too big and the front one, on the driver's size the mat covers the accelerator of the car and where the buttons for the mat to click into, they don't fit at all, and the same for the passengers side.
After waiting over two weeks for them, and what I paid for them, not impressed with them.
I definitely would not recommend CarMats.ie
