Called in just to looked round and to try and find a car which my wife was able to get in and out of with ease was allowed to try any car we wanted with no pressure salesman just gave us the keys to look around.
Spoke to Nick who was so helpful he asked which cars we liked then listened to what we had to say and advised us on which car suited our requirements the best .
All paperwork was explained in detail and repayments explained also did all the paper work to transfer my personal no plate.
On collection the car was well presented and clean .

I purchased a car from this garage at the end of December 2025. Within just four weeks, it had already been back in for repairs (a spring and top mount replacement). I contacted the manager at the time, but unfortunately no assistance or goodwill support was offered.
Now, just seven weeks after purchase, the car has broken down again — this time on a busy main road with my daughter in the vehicle. It has since been diagnosed with a clutch failure, costing me hundreds of pounds in repairs and leaving me without a car yet again.
I have tried contacting the garage, but once again there has been no response or effort to help. This is not the level of service you would expect from a certified garage. The lack of communication, empathy and aftersales support has been extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would not use this garage again.

What began as an exciting purchase just before Christmas quickly turned into a nightmare. Within five weeks of driving the vehicle away from the garage, and after less than 500 miles. The front spring and top mount required replacement as the spring had snapped. The garage’s response was dismissive, citing that the warranty had expired by only a matter of days.

To make matters worse, the clutch has now failed just eight weeks into ownership, still within the same 500 miles of use. These are clearly not minor wear-and-tear issues and raise serious concerns about the condition and roadworthiness of the vehicle at the point of sale.

I have given the garage the opportunity to address these problems, yet I have been left out of pocket and without meaningful support. I am now seeking a fair and reasonable resolution and would urge the garage to take responsibility and contact me directly to resolve this matter.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely undermined my confidence in both the vehicle and the garage.

Recently bought a used car from here. Russ was fantastic and knowledgeable and showed me round the car before driving up the road. Car was clean and well presented. All staff in the showroom were friendly and it was a pleasure to buy the car from here. Even with a slight delay, Russ was calm and reassuring. Would definitely buy from here again. Thank you

Sold us a broken car. Went back to be fixed 3 times until we swapped it for another car. We had to take another car the same price and it wasn't our first choice.

I bought my vw tiguan from them in October I had gone just to look at the car i asked and they gave me the kay and left me too it never bothering me or trying to make a sale if I had a question I would ask and they would answer would highly recommend them for a car purchase

This is the 3rd car I have bought from here, always given the freedom to explore the wide range of prestigious stock without being hassled or hard sold, and staff is happy to assist when needed. On arrival I was greeted by Cameron ftom the sales team, who was friendly and happy to assist. He gave me the space to look around different vehicles and test drive a selection I liked to make my mind up. Once I had decided on the vehicle, support was on hand from Cameron every step of the way, kept me up to date with progress regularly and clearly, and ensured I had everything I needed when I drove away with my new car, I cannot fault tge service at all and will definitely return the next time I need a new car!

On arrival I was greeted by Nick Whiteley from the sales team. Friendly, efficient and makes a very decent cup of builder’s tea.... Perfect! I was handed the keys and left to check out the vehicle I was intent on buying with no pressure or interference. The overall buying process was quick and efficient. No pressure to buy the usual extended guarantee, which to be fair are usually not that comprehensive with too many get out clauses for the warranter. But the overall impression was of a well-polished and efficient team. Whilst generally being very happy with the buying experience, I would add a caveat.......
The vehicle had to go 'through the workshop', which it seems consisted of checking tyre pressures, washer fluid and slathering it in silicon polishes and such which, while this might look good initially, it soon wears off. I would sooner they spent the money on doing something more practical like maybe a short oil/filters service or replacing discs/pads. Small relatively inexpensive things that would make a big impression. I was also slightly disappointed to see the greasy handprint on the dash, easily sorted by a simple wipe off, but it's the little things.
Other than that, I was generally happy with the buying experience and so far, delighted with the vehicle. 4 stars.

Bought my 2nd car from Carmotion about three weeks ago and Nick was brilliant. A couple weeks after purchasing had a problem with it so rang them up and they arranged for it to go in. Just collected it today and can honestly say never had a warranty claim go so smoothly and quickly these guys are the dogs b@##@&+s.. Cheers guys Kevin

Bought my second car from this garage and I am really pleased with the car and service. Nick dealt with the sale as he did with my previous car. He goes above and beyond and has so many years experience in car sales. I would 100% recommend this garage to anyone.

The best experience with buying a car using car motion. The salesman nick was absolutely remarkable and went to great lengths to help and support me through the buying process. The car was cleaned to the best standard when I picked it up, I will definitely be back when I need a new car!

I'd definitely recommend Car Motion because Ash Harrison, salesman representing car motion was fantastic to deal with, really easy process I carnt fault them.

1st time going to a dealership to buy a car, they asked what I was looking for/what I wanted told them and within 10 mins if that they had a list of cars of everything I asked for. Had the pleasure of having Nick to assist us all the way. It took a couple hours for me to decide but went away with an Audi A3 16 plate. Nick was brill, told us what to expect, what's going to happen. All very smooth and faultless. Will definitely be back

Found the car we wanted, 7 seater. Both myself, my partner and children all very happy with the vehicle. Spent 2 hours in the showroom with our 3 kids sorting our part exchange valuation and organising finance on the remaining balance.

Told the order was placed & car was removed from all sale platforms (auto trader, their website). It was as we'd looked for it again when trying to show family.

Told car would be ready Thursday once finance in place and vehicle had been checked & cleaned.

Phoned my partner on Tuesday morning to say someone had bought the car on Monday cash.

Absolute joke of a company. My partner had one day off to help us choose a car before the arrival of our new baby, on one of the few days I wasn't in hospital with my pre eclampsia. They have also ran a credit check on my partner for absolutely no reason. Just apologies when ringing up to find out about the situation. Ridiculous.

Car Motion were helpful because they were very professional and thorough with their communications and relationship with me. I'd like to thank they salesperson Mr Marcus, he was very kind and honest, the timing for the delivery and the few works done was very efficient and excellent.

Went on holiday and the car was waiting for me when I got back, great service

I had some issues with the company with lack of communication,broken promise and not having the correct paper work. BUT
After speaking to the managing director Mark Dunstan he has dealt with my issues in a quick and professional matter. His work force could learn a alot from him.
