Efficient, well packaged and good communication with seller

Always professional and deliver what they promise. Such nice people to do business with and offer excellent products!

les dies sont vraiments superbe et se qu'il

Always pleased with the service I get from Carnation crafts. My new dies arrived this morning and I am very please with them. I got the Clean & Simple brilliant blooms kit. Brilliant delivery, received them in two days.

I order a lot from Carnation Crafts and not only is their range of craft products beautiful and exceptionally high quality but so is their overall service too! Quick to dispatch orders and always packaged well/with care, and the biggest plus for me as a crafter that is always looking for more things to use for my creative journaling, I really, REALLY appreciate that Carnation Crafts creates its own hand drawn artwork and stays away from AI slop that seems to be plaguing the craft world nowadays and it's become slim pickings on who I can trust to buy my supplies from, so Carnation has been a huge blessing to my crafting in that regard too!

All in all, Carnation Crafts is a wonderful company, and my creative journaling has really improved vastly since adding their dies and artwork to my craft collection. :)

I’ve never had any problems with carnation craft , they always deliver on time , I enjoy all there launches , quality hard work the designers put into them , well done carnation craft and team xxx

I find everyone at CC is really into putting out a high quality product and the inspiration videos are very helpful! And the couple times I had to get in touch with customer service they have been very quick to respond and extremely helpful!

Next day delivery. Plus customer service was very fast answering my query. Couldn’t ask for better service

I absolutely love the products, I’m new to this company and I’m obsessed! Customer service is fabulous, especially Abby. She was able to locate some kits that were unavailable for me. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

Wonderful customer service and the best craft company

I like your products and l like how helpful your customer service is. Abbi was most helpful to me the other day. Thank you.

The item sold as coming with full instructions on Hobby Maker did not; particularly on how to use with Brother Scan N Cut, or more importantly for me, Cricut Maker. I have spent 2 fruitless days trying to follow some instructions I downloaded from your site which simply did not work. As an example PDFs are not able to be uploaded the Design Space for Cricket; indeed how do I use this product at all with the Cricket Maker?

Always posted out straight away gif next day delivery, customer service second to none.

This is a fantastic company and cannot rate it more highly. Great, friendly customer service and never experienced such a prompt order delivery service before. Welcoming friendly company that go over and above for their customers. Thank you.

Excellent dies and vignettes, just love creating cards with these products.

Beautiful dies and comes very quickly usually next day if ordered direct from Carnation Crafts.
