Hey Ben, your item was ordered Monday and sent Tuesday but seems to have got stuck in the Royal mail office at Preston. This is due to a backlog from the extended bank holiday. If you press help on our website we can help you resolve the issue no problem, and worse case if it's lost we would replace it. only 5 star service from us, royal mail are doing their best .
