I dealt with Amelia. She was absolutely amazing to deal with. Her customer service was outstanding. Always responsive,answered all of my questions clearly,and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. She managed to get my contract sorted in a very efficient time frame,which i really appreciated. On top of that,she has such a lovely and respectfull manner. I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend her to anyone looking for a car broker!

What really helped was the quick turnaround of credit check-finding a lender-approval of finance! The person I was in communications with - Kim! - was fantastic! She went above and beyond, and although I bought a car with another dealer, she still managed to liase professionally and with care. Why I gave 4 stars? The delivery of the car did not happen until 4 days after the actual informed day. Because 2 of those days were the weekend, the matter could not be resolved until Monday. This issue? Wrong account details of the dealer, in which the lender was sending the money to. Not ideal for someone promised a car on the intended day, only to be told by the dealer, they did not receive the payment. Stressful uncertainty ensued. Summing up - the customer service - friendly, above and beyond 5 stars! The whole experience - 4 stars.

Honestly, We had no hope in being accepted for a vehicle but big ups to the team communication was spot on, the app had no glitches, quick and easy process specially living in wellington, delivery anf the vehicle itself hit the spot & we are very thankful to be back in the road.
