Carr's Windows sent a workman round to carry out a minor job. Communication to arrange the job was excellent.
It was done efficiently and he cleaned up 100% before leaving.
A highly recommended firm.

From my initial enquiry to the completion of the work my experience could not have been better.

From the initial enquiry with Kim to the finished job of installing accoya windows and front door in our cottage the service could not have been better. The amazing team of fitters got all the windows in on the first day and then worked in atrocious weather the next day to complete the job. Everything is beautifully finished and has transformed the cottage inside and out. We would not hesitate to recommend Carrs Windows.

The quality and beauty of our new stable front door made from accoya. You just need to see it and as there is no photo opportunity on this review website we'd recommend asking to see a photo in their showroom (quote Sutton-in-Craven). Our neighbours have gone out of their way to comment favourably. It's quality but comes at a price.

Excellent firm. Came when promised. Three wonderful polite fitters had the 5 new windows in by mid afternoon. Cleaned up after themselves, they even put the carpet back without asking. Would highly recommend them. plan to use them again next year

This is the first time I have used Carrs and from the start to the end of the job it has been extremely smooth. The quoting process was straight forward even though I changed my mind a couple of times and the two fitters that arrived to do the job were both very professional. I will certainly be using them again.

From start to finish the journey with Carr Windows have been fantastic, professional and very patient. The works carried out were of very high standards and everything was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I had new hardwood window frames with acoustic glazing and a new door fitted. The finish is absolutely top quality, the guys that fitted them were absolute professionals and did a cracking job. Acoustic glazing with hardwood frames worth every penny.

Carrs have fitted both a porch and x 2 new replacement windows to my home in Skipton.
From enquiry, to site visit, to installation, to workmanship and quality of product and overall service Carrs have been excellent.

Our initial contact with Carrs Windows was a visit to the very well-equipped Skipton showroom to see an example of the aluminium bi-fold doors they supply. Once there we had the benefit of good advice and further useful information from very helpful staff and we were impressed with the style, quality and competitive price of the doors.
While waiting for an estimate to be printed we looked at the timber windows, again appreciating the quality of the range of products on offer. Again, the knowledgeable staff answered our queries and, finding we could have the windows delivered and fitted already coated in a paint shade of our choice (to tie in with other windows adjacent to the new ones) we asked for further estimates.
Ultimately, everything was delivered on, or ahead of, the expected date and fitted to a very high standard, with special care taken to the external finish, liaising with us where there were options to consider.
We are delighted with the quality and finish of our doors and windows, which really enhance and complement our cottage; and we were very happy with the helpful service we received from everyone we had contact with throughout the process.
Congratulations to Carrs on marrying quality products with good service; we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carrs Windows to friends and neighbours, or to approach them again in future for further work when required - it's wonderful to find such a great business locally.

Wooden sash windows fitted. Carrs did a very thorough survey, answering any questions we had, followed by a showroom visit when they took time to go through the specifications with us and confirm details such as paint colour and fittings. Window specifications were optimised for each room.
We could have got cheaper but Carrs were excellent value for money given the high quality and efficient, hassle-free fitting.
Fitting was done slightly ahead of the anticipated time and completed within the time stated.
The fitters did a great job leaving minimal finishing off to do. Mid-fitting we asked if hooks could be fitted to top sashes as we have very tall windows and realised we'd be better with a curtain pole option. They sourced and fitted these the same day. They answered any questions we had during the installation, discussed options and always cleared up thoroughly.
The new windows have made a big difference in appearance & thermal/acoustic insulation.
In summary: excellent.

Just had 4 bespoke doors fitted. Carrs Windows were so professional, delivered early and fitters were helpful and did a wonderful job. Cannot fault them and would definitely recommend!

Carrs just finished installing doors and windows in our house - we were very pleased with everything they did, the estimate, the quality of the windows and fittings, the installation team and the general family feel about the company. They provided 4 people for the installation and they were very flexible in fitting in with our schedule for each room.
