I backed this creator’s Kickstarter campaign with an estimated delivery date of October 2025, but my order still hasn't arrived and the company has completely ignored my messages. To make matters worse, there has been minimal to no communication regarding the delays, yet they are actively selling and fulfilling these same products on their own website before fulfilling Kickstarter orders. I would strongly advise against trusting Lookup or CarryU. They take your money, ignore customer inquiries, and prioritize new retail buyers over the backers who funded them in the first place.

This is a Kickstarter company who has been fully funded by trusting backers. Instead of answering his backers and delivering the product they payed for that he has been sitting on for month now he is out screwing around and ghosting the people who are the only reason he has a company. Do not buy a thing from this guy unless you want to lose your money or wait forever for him to play around instead of doing his job
