Another week on and 1 single email that tells me nothing then radio silence to my immediate response.
I'm sure the AI auto reply on trust pilot will again apologise and tell me this isn't how it is meant to be and they will look into it so they can improve on the future.
I'd much prefer a human to call me and a direct dial number so we can resolve the problem quickly but I'm not holding my breath.

We booked for a car to be reserved in Gloucester but it wasn’t able to be delivered that’s why I have given 4 stars otherwise when we made the trip to Wolverhampton Tariq was fantastic and found the car straight away. Great experience, trouble with deposit.
We had a great experience with Carsa. We got a car the same day. Only thing I will say is that we paid a £39 deposit to keep a car in hold. We have been chasing for over 2 weeks for that to be refunded which is fully refundable due to taking the car. We didn’t have it taken off the final bill. Trying to get hold of someone it’s really difficult.

From the time we entered cards we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Ellie sorted us out straight away with what we were looking for in a polite and professional manner. Again nothing is too much trouble for this team. Jay from management was top class, sorted out a lift from cards to home, back to carsa, and back home again by Gregg who was also a top person, I can't believe the first class service these guys give to their customers. We used them when they were car shop and will continue for the future. Thank you team you are amazing 🤩
