Unfortunately, we were told we would be able to use 'services' like a website, export feeds, and a tool for facebook that uploads our vehicles. We were never interested in the fb tool however were told we would be able to use the other two services with only paying $99 until their ended promo in May 2026. We went ahead and thought to pay and team up and potentially have some savings with our DMS system Dealercenter while using these services instead of paying a higher amount and find some savings as it was sold to us that we could use these services. It wasn't mentioned until after our money was taken that we couldn't use these services unless approved from dealercenter which they would charge us more to use the same services. We feel very scammed and I called to ask about using the export services because we stopped paying dealercenter but stopping that subscription caused the export feed to stop sending to carsforsale so we were paying double for the same service... which they knew this would happen because we had to ask dealercenter for some 'code' to even allow carsforsale to export our cars. Its very scamlike to do this in business. I requested a refund since we wouldn't be using the services and didn't use anything but exporting for 1 week which stopped due to our subscription required through dealercenter but they denied the refund and a customer service rep was extremely rude towards us. We didn't use their services at all and they were not truthful about how they could be used having our DMS system through dealercenter. I would stay far away from this company as business is not done in true light as we'd expect.

It's a scam site for sure. Why? Because there are fake scam ads all over it. They CHOOSE to allow this for profit. Move on, no run from this B.S.

This site doesn't care about their name I'm guessing. They had a dealership where I live that uses them. Ended up buying a car from the dealership, only to call them 2 days later to let them know the car was shaking really bad when I got on the highway. It's been the worst experience with this dealership. I don't know how they let shady dealerships use their name. They need to make sure the dealers are respectable. I dont see how they let dealers use their site to sell shady cars.

Predatory vendor. Beware. Horrible service and extremely difficult to cancel. Will continue to charge you after you cancel. Buyer beware.

Worse service ever. Please do not give these people the time or day. Take your hard earn money somewhere else. Rude AF

I’ve been a Classic Car Dealer for 19 years, most of that time I’ve had an account with Cars For Sale. I can say without a doubt in my mind that they are by far the most creative, helpful and easy to work with Website I’ve ever worked with and trust me I’ve work with many.

Horrible, I called Saturday on 2 different suburbans. Monday both are sold. This site is trash.

keep updating my google and bing # to their tracking # that does not work and sends you to other dealerships. I called to ask for help and was gave the run around and talked horrible to by someone named Kristen when i called back to complain on her was told couldn't do anything about her or the fact that customers are not getting my phone number but a number that sends you to competitors. To top it off the no longer feed with frazer so you have to update info in both everyday. Along with so many other glitchs which is barable but what isnt ok is that whoever Kristen is is working in this place and not fired! DO NOT USE THEM Goto anyone but this company! I have had to call in every day with different issues. But main point FIRE KRISTEN!

Auto dealers beware - We were using carsforsale.com to generate leads for us. The feed is supposed to generate directly from our website where we enter all our vehicles. Our credit card on file was recently changed and someone contacted us regarding. When we looked at the account, the rep, Amy Harris, said that there were only TWO vehicles in our feed which is why we haven't gotten any leads. That means our feed is NOT working and she has no idea how long it hasn't been working for. I did NOT ask for a refund for all the months it has run incorrectly, but have refused to pay the fee she is trying to charge me for the last month as I am cancelling this terrible service that has gotten us ZERO leads. It is a total and complete rip off. The rep got angry and said that "there is no way for us to know the feed is messed up!" Excuse me? Terrible terrible customer service and attitude.

Steer clear of their vehicle history reports. They are free for a reason. After paying for a report on Autocheck, I learned the car I was interested in had been in a severe t-bone collision. It was deemed a total loss! The cars for sale vehicle history report didn’t have any of that information. It made it seem this car never had an accident! So do not rely on this at all! It’s better to pay a little bit to know the real truth about a vehicle!!

I used this website to locate used cars near me. The place I ended up purchasing from was in Whitehouse, TX and I couldn’t be more pleased! Dealer was honest, generous, and detail oriented. Very organized and had some excellent choices in my price range! Farouk has been in business for decades and made the car buying experience simple and pleasant! I will use this dealer again if needed!

most car sale sites have review section that past buyers of those dealership make their complaint and warn any current or future buyers but carsforsale doesnt have such thing so you can catch the redflag ahead of time. from my personal experience carsforsale is garbage. the only thing they do have that better than other car sale sites is the offer botton but what the point of an offer botton when 90% of the dealers have a scheme or scam under the offer. you can make an offer for $500 discount but when you go to fully buy the car you are paying almost $3000 over the posted price.

This website is absolutely amazing for getting vehicle history reports. The number one reason is because it’s free. I wanted to get a vehicle history report when selling my car. That way I could give my customer peace of mind and that increases the value of the car. It is also NMVTIS approved, meaning it is just as factual and reliable as a Carfax report which costs $24. These reports aren’t limited if you think a free report means limited information. It list all types of records, including theft, multiple types of damage, Insurance information, odometer information, what Is the vehicle used for, title information, and so much more. I absolutely love this website and makes me wonder why others aren’t free. If this website can do it, why can’t other websites. Will absolutely use it again.
