Everything went smoothly. My Carter Monroe order arrived neatly packaged and matched the description exactly. Very satisfied.

But two pair of shoes that took forever to get, when it was taking so long I emailed them saying to cancel my order and they refused saying my order is in the making, on their add it says that they are based in New York but that is a lie. They are made and ship from China if I new this I would have not buy anything from them, later same thing that other people are saying here, 10% then 30% refund or I can send them back to china and pay more of what the shoes worth. I’m reporting them with PayPal as a fraudulent company and also my bank and BBB. All the contents on their add is AI generated.

Worst f’ing company ever. Lie about sizes, returns impossible- no one should work with these criminals. And yes, fraud and grift are their game.

The dress fits perfectly and feels light on the skin. Ideal for daily wear, especially on warmer days.

It took forever to get my shoes. They finally were delivered, but not to me never received them. They were never delivered and had I known they were coming from China I would’ve never bought them and now I’m out the money because their customer service is terrible

This is NOT a NYC company or a USA company. They mislead- they ship poorly fitting clothes from a warehouse in China. You can not return items for a full refund without paying the shipping costs. They suggested that I declare the items to have a $5 value. Do NOT buy from them

Overall a positive experience with Carter Monroe. The loafers feel supportive and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort.

Bought a blouse from Carter Monroe and the fabric feels very soft and breathable. The fit is flattering and looks just like the pictures online.

Really impressed with Carter Monroe sandals. They're comfortable from the first wear and easy to walk in all day. Delivery was right on schedule.

Don’t purchase their merchandise. It’s beautiful in the ad but cheaply made and material is cheap. They give some story about refunds. Very expensive yada yada yada. Will refund 10% of purchase. I will donate mine to goodwill.

This is a follow up review for this terrible company
They promised a 30% refund if I closed the complaint I filed against them with my credit card company
I closed the complaint and now they refuse the refund saying they need more information
It would be nice if there was an actual company representative that you could speak with versus the Chat bit “Jessica” that replied each time with the same language

I ordered a coat from Carter-Monroe. Poor quality. Zipper was installed at an angle. They would not credit purchase, stating the coat needed to be returned to China at my cost per 30 day return policy. Will not order from Carter-Monroe again. Would not recommend.

If you order it you better like it if you get what is pictured and you probably won't.
I will never buy anything from them again I thought it was American based.
No invoices, return labels run around from customer service.

Zero customer support. First they say they delivered item. Wrong. Second after notifing the customer service email address they had not knowledge of my order number or tracking info. I sent screen shots of the order and billing. Still no response. I just notificed my credit card company to cancle payment as FRAUD and that the company is a front for criminal enterprise.

The company says New York, but the product is made and shipped from China. Ordered an XL (fits too tight, more like a Medium) in Black/Blue, but after the order went through, the shipping data indicated I was getting an olive green jacket. I contacted their advertised 24 hour support, and asked them to ship me what I ordered, but they never responded. So I am stuck with a jacket that doesn't fit, and is not the color I ordered, and their customer service is non-responsive. Don't order from this company online, as you will be deeply disappointed
