A so-called "recruiter" using (614) 327-6923 was trying to convince me to sign-on. He said his name was Kenny and that he had talked to Elowen about me being interested in working remotely.

To be clear, this was not us! CartFlows does not recruit for remote positions through phone calls or texts, and no one named Kenny or Elowen works with our team in that capacity. This falls under an ongoing scam where fraudsters pose as CartFlows recruiters to lure people with fake remote job offers.

What an unprofessional trainer
I was contacted by a Cartflows recruiter to work remotely. We scheduled a "training session" that was supposed to last about one hour and was conducted by texting. The recruiter was so unprofessional and confusing that I had to leave the session because none of what he/she said made sense, and he/she had no patience. When I told him/her that this was not going to work for me, he/she was VERY condescending and downright mean.

What you're describing matches a scam that's been targeting our community recently, where scammers impersonate CartFlows recruiters to reach out about fake job opportunities.

Automatically changes shops discounts when downloading coupon plugin
I was very surprised when I visited my website to see that essentially all my products are 25% off on my website with their Power Coupons plugin. I had only downloaded their plugin at this stage, and have not come round to adding coupons that I wanted. Them automatically having coupons live without my approval is something that could have resulted in me losing a lot of money, especially as I did not even know about it. Be careful installing their plugins on Wordpress and make sure to delete any generic coupons that they add without permission or letting you know

A 25% discount appearing across your products without your action is definitely not something Power Coupons should do, and we would like to get to the bottom of what happened on your site.
To clarify how the plugin works: Power Coupons does not create coupons or apply discounts on its own when installed. The Auto Apply feature is disabled by default, and activating the plugin does not modify existing discounts or coupons in your store. Based on what you described, something else may be involved, and we genuinely want to investigate this with you.
We checked our records and could not find a support ticket from you.

Thieves with terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, their product is buggy and doesn't work well. They took days to respond to me, and I missed the canceling the auto renew by one day and they refused to refund $500. They said they were within their rights per to Policy and they were keeping my money, even though I don't want it or use it. Really crazy how they treat customers today, they must need to money bad. Stay away...

Locked in Stripe account and no support
We use the Stripe plugin for WooCommerce made by CartFlows, and they linked their account to ours in such a way that it's not possible to unlink. Their support team has told us months ago that it has been passed onto their developers, but we haven't heard back. We have been following every few days, and no progress has been made. Given their "lock in" of our Stripe account (which Stripe cannot remove), and their awful support speeds, I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this provider. Excellent Funnel Builder with amazing support.
I've been using CartFlows for quite some time now, and I absolutely love it. It's hands down one of the best funnel builders available for WordPress. It's easy to use, flexible, it has everything we need in a funnel builder.
Recently, I discovered its integration with the Facebook Pixel, which is surprisingly simple to set up. However, I noticed that my ad conversions weren't tracking the purchase value correctly. I reached out to CartFlows support, and after a few back-and-forth emails, their team identified the issue and resolved it in a timely manner.
Huge thanks to the support team for their responsiveness and expertise. Great plugin, great support, I highly recommend it!
