Support was very helpful with very short wait times. Once the issue was identified, a new update to the plugin was released to fix the issue within a few hours!

I needed a VPS to speed up my website and ecommerce store, but I am not a Linux or Unix expert. Cartmega’s snappyVPS did all the configuration for me. When I needed support during migration of my mailboxes they were fast and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Now my site is superfast and it cost me next to nothing. Recommended
I have 10 domains and for many years was using shared hosting. I needed to reduce my hosting costs so I decided to try Snappy VPS from Cartmega. I signed up with Digital Ocean and got a blank VPS to which I uploaded Snappy VPS and followed the very detailed user guide. Within 30 minutes my VPS was fully configured and ready for my content.
Cartmega support helped me transfer all my domains, websites and mailboxes. Their response was quick and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
My private VPS costs less than my previous shared hosting in monthly charges, the speed is phenomenal and I can upgrade it whenever I want as my needs grow!
Snappy VPS configured my VPS to be maintenance free with automatic updates (except when the server emails me requiring a reboot on rare occasions).
Since then Cartmega were also commissioned for the design of an e-shop and corporate website both hosted on my VPS.
If there was a way to give Cartmega more stars I would.
