Highly recommend
Iv had such a positive experience with Cartwright and Jenson Group. From the very beginning, the team have been professional, helpful and extremely supportive. Communication has been excellent throughout, and Iv always felt listened too and kept informed every step of the way.
What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable everyone was. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I highly recommend Cartwright Jenson Group to anyone looking to invest in the whisky industry.

Cold calling, uninvited
Have received numerous cold calls from this company completely uninvited, offering whiskey investments. I've no idea how they got my number. This is highly suspicious practice and not in keeping with rules of interacting with retail investors, stay well clear. Ask if they're FCA regulated.

We would also like to clarify the point regarding FCA regulation. The purchase and ownership of physical whisky casks is not, in itself, an FCA-regulated investment product. Cartwright Jenson Group is a whisky cask consultancy and does not claim to be FCA regulated or to provide FCA-regulated financial advice. We believe it is important that this distinction is made clear to prospective clients.
We would, however, respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our business is “highly suspicious”. Cartwright Jenson Group is an established business that has been trading for approximately 3.7 years, and we are proud to have been recognised by FDI Insider as Best Whisky Consultancy in London for two consecutive years.

A warm and knowledgable exploration of the whisky market
About a year ago I have started investing part of my portfolio into Whisky. The consultants at Cartwright Jenson have been excellent ever since. They have been welcoming and listen to your questions, are knowledgable about their trade and I have always been met with friendliness and warmth. I have spoken to multiple consultants between the periods and have always gotten a straight up answer. They will offer opportunities but you dont feel forced to invest on every opportunity. They take into account what you share about your current willingness to invest further or to keep the offers at bay for a while to make sure you have the space you need to feel comfortable with your investments.If there are small miscommunications, they get resolved quickly and without any pointing of fingers or bad feelings. To summarize, a great partner to have for your investments with a staff that is adaptable and friendly.
