I ordered over $500 in swimwear from Carve designs. They have many different options and I wanted to see what was my best fit. I paid $10 for their "easy returns" and Shipping insurance. First the return process wasn't easy at all, they offered replacements and credits and I wanted a refund. Second the clothes were cheap and not worth the price. Third I've returned all the items via FedEx and the tracking says it was delivered more than 10 days ago and I have not received my refund which should be $513. I hope I do get my money back. Buyer beware!!

Said my order was delivered at 11 AM 2/7 at 11AM. No one came to the house and my order was not delivered. Tried to call Carve but they are not opened on Sat. Wrote them an email but there was no reply. A bit mad because I am going on vacation tomorrow and it was a swim shirt

Women founded and led company for the win! I've been ordering from Carve Designs for about a year, ever since falling in love with their compression swim in the Spring of 2024 .I've since tried their clothing, and love their denim! It's so comfortable with the perfect blend of structure and stretch. Their customer service team is super helpful and quick to respond!

I have been ordering from them for years after falling in love with a pair of shorts at REI and researching how to find more. Clothing is well made and lasts for years. Have had zero issues with any order (out of about 20 I would estimate).

I ordered 2 pair of Oahu shorts. Same size same fit. I received 2 pair of shorts with completely different fits. I sent pictures and was told they were within the variance. Out of luck.

I appreciated the fit of the bathing suit, but the white top grayed in just 6 wearings and hand washing. I ordered and wore it the summer of 2024, but just forgot to reach out last year to ask the question of customer service of what to do about the graying. When I reached out in June 2025, I was told I was past the 30 day return and would not have received any compensation any way because it was worn and that graying of white is normal? My target suits and Tommy Bahama do not gray? I was not asking for a new top, just a percentage off of the exact same top, but was not so politely told "we can not do that."

This is regarding how they ship their merchandise. I cannot comment on the actual merchandise since I received a bathing suit that was too big and then asked for an exchange for another size. Since I started tracking the exchanged item by day it was first in Arizona, then Texas, made its way to Indiana, and now stuck in Ohio two days! It appears to be going by truck across the US. (I just checked and it looks as though they have a warehouse in Elkhart, Indiana, so why was it in Arizona and Texas - I live in Maryland!!) Glad I was not relying on this suit because summer will be come and gone at this rate!

These people are so unorganized, if you return a pair of jeans they will deny you sent them back and still charge you. Honestly I wouldn’t waist my time. Jeans are not sized right. Horrible service

I ordered an item from Carve Designs which I never received and was instead sent back to the company (USPS error). However, Carve Design kept the item, didn't alert me to having it, and only issued a refund once I reached out to them more than a week past when I was supposed to receive it.

I wouldn't recommend ordering with Carve Designs, the return policy is too limited. It's too risky to order bathing suits you can't try on. The return policy for refund is 30-days from purchase, not delivery date even though they know the exact date of delivery. They also charge $7 return fee. Not worth the risk!! I ordered at least four times, but this is the first time I ordered a bathing suit. It fit poorly despite following measuring guide. Returned w/in 30days of delivery which was two days short of purchase date - would only provide store credit but the reality is I don't want to do any future business w/them after this experience. I also didn't find the return info easy to find, had to search the web for it, but that may have been just me. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't want to take a chance of repeating it.
