To process a refund, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. This helps us validate the purchase and initiate the refund process smoothly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Exclusions from the 100% Money-Back Guarantee
The 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:

Great meat and amazing quality! I’ve ordered multiple times and it’s always been excellent. Delivery is always on time, and everything arrives properly chilled.
I recently had to modify an order, so I contacted support. They called me straight away and the whole process was quick, friendly, and smooth.
My only feedback would be to add an option to modify orders online after placing them, especially for people like me who always remember something they forgot right after ordering! 😄

Best steaks I’ve eaten — perfect birthday gift
Received a steak gift box from Casa Argentina for my birthday and it was outstanding. I eat a lot of steak as I follow a carnivore diet, so I’m fairly picky, and this is the best I’ve had. Quality was fantastic, tender, full of flavour, and just brilliant. Packaging was excellent too; everything arrived well protected and in great condition. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday gift. Highly recommend.
