I misplaced my certificate and found it months later. The certificate had expired i called and spoke with Michelle, she was so awesome she said she would accept it with no problem. I mailed it in, now can't wait for our trip to Cabo. Thanks Michelle for the great customer service you provided.

I had accidentally misplaced my letter confirming the date of my trip Angie was able to accept it past the expiration date . Looking forward on my Hawaii trip .

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our honeymoon, and wanted to make sure we could receive some help in doing so. After calling Casablanca Express and talking to Michelle she went above and beyond to make sure we can go. Big thanks to Michelle for getting us a date for our trip fast and early. They should clone her, because she is definitely management material.

The worst place ever. They take your money refuse to sent you the information you need to go on the trip you have paid for. I am getting ahold of my attorney on Monday. The people are rude and it is a scam.
