I want to return the dresses because they are faulty, but there is no return address. I tried messaging but I get no response. I will come back with a full review if I get no joy. Please email your return address. My order number is 2H6GTS7T-1

This company don’t reply to messages, they say shipping is 3-5 days when I waited for my item for over a month and a half later.
Once it arrive even though I wanted to complain the product was beautiful! Wonderfully made. Frustrated with the wait and wanted to return but once I tried it on I could.

When trying to contact this company it comes back with address not known.

Absolutely awful . Never in life buy from these people . You will not get your items .

Very unhappy with the customer service. I ordered a dress 2 weeks before my wedding. I contacted the comonqy and was told it should arrive before the end of the week dress never came. I called their London brunch and explained to them that it was my wedding dress and I needbit to arrive ontime. The lady said she will post it on Monday for next day delivery which she never did I called and messaged tirelessly eith no response. She answered me on Tuesday and said she has posted it and it will arrive on Wednesday morning it is 1400 Wednesday the dress has not arrived and my wedding is today soo disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE SHOPPING FOR IMPORTANT EVENTS IT WONT ARRIVE ON TIME AND THEIR COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE THEY DONT REPLY IM SOO ANGRY. SHE ASKED ME TO SEND THE DRESS BACK FOR A REFUND HOW CAN I SEND IT BACK WHEN IT HASNT EVEN ARRIVED

I wish you guys you could have put a zero start. I could have put a fat zero start. I bought my dress some 4 weeks ago and delivery date was after a week. Apart from confirmation of the item I bought there is zero communication with me. Went on their website and used the chats, only twice I was responded and promised that I was going to receive my item last week. From Friday I have been sending messages Von chats and no one is responding. I have shoot them and I am going to share with other customers. I have learnt I needed to reviews before using a website IAM sure of. Paid my money but not sure I will get the item, was meant to put it for a part which is this weekend. It's a shame there not reliable and don't communicate with customers. Treat customer as ino humansI am so hurt

Dress arrived after 7 days.
Was not true to size. Big and I had to this altered as this was for an event that week.
If dress had arrived before 5-7 days I could have sent back for another smaller size.

The items were lovely and well made. However the communication from the company is excruciatingly poor. Text email, even WhatsApp is ridiculous to try and get hold of someone and get a reply.

I would like to say thank you for the beautiful dress I 👗 will be ordering from you again.

The dresses are really pretty and quality material. The size I ordered (UK 10) didn’t fit, so had to get the dress slightly altered. But now it fits well.

Only real complaint is that I had to email the business owner to ask for an update on the status of my order. I would have preferred if I got an email telling me when my order had been processed and dispatched for delivery rather than for me to request an update. Delivery also took about 3-4 weeks, but that’s understandable considering the items are being shipped from Nigeria.

Disappointing poor customer service from this seller and Worst experience ever, Was sent the wrong items, returned the items still haven’t received my refund despite providing proof of delivery.

Excellent dress, everyone complimented me. The dress was beautiful and she even made a matching scarf and face mask. Lots of lining and a very thick material.

Dress does not fit, top is very big and the lower part is small. Very poor customer service and not been able to get someone to address my issue in terms of exchange or returns.

I could not use the dress for the reason it was purchased. Very expensive as well. I regret buying the outfit

The dress was too small, wrote to enquire about exchange for a bigger size, got no reply, wrote again and again, totally ignored, still stuck with a dress I can't wear, money gone . Worst experience ever!

Poor fit. Dresses are normally top big on top n tight at bottom… is it really a Uk size18. I’ve taken to tailor for adjustments as I need it in a couple of days time

I must admit I was very sceptical. But ordered anyway. Not only was the dress BEAUTIFUL and delivered bang on time but they had also included a complementary head wrap and mask to match the dress. I am both impressed and pleasantly surprised. Thank you So much Casadelamo!

Service is good and quick. Material on both dresses are very nice and cannot wait to wear them next week 👍🏿

The dress is beautiful, although too tight on the top part. Since they didn't have my measurements l forgive them. I think the dress would have been excellent if l gave them my accurate measurements. On that note l give them 8 out 10.

My order is due next week so I'll give a proper review then. Hoping to hear back from Casadelamo.
