Fraud

Got the same email that the game I ordered my daughter was on hold until money is received and that was at the beginning of the month. Keep checking my bank statements to make sure no ludicrous charges were made. Don’t order from here. I also won’t be ordering from unknown websites anymore.

DO NOT order from this website. FRAUD

DO NOT order from this website! After ordering, I got an email that my order was received. Nothing else after that. They never charged my card. I received a text message today that my card had been used at hotels.com for a $250 purchase. Luckily, my bank has fraud alert. Now my information has been stolen and I no longer have my bank card thanks to this fraudulent website. This website needs to be shut down and people need to stay away from it!!

Wow all the reviews are the same. As I'm experience hereby call 14 times ring then busy signal, I will contact my cc to avoid getting any money from card.my order says it's on Hold? It's weird we all getting the same message and there is not way to canceled the order. The page looks so legit.

ORDER ON HOLD. Same as everyone else

I ordered a coffee pot on October 12th and got a confirmation online that my order was complete (I took a screenshot of that confirmation for documentation which I do now all the time and I suggest you do that as well anytime you order something).
I called multiple times and got the “rang once and went to busy signal” like the other reviews, I sent an email with my screenshots, AND did a chat (waited about 25 mins) and I received this exact same typed message at the same time on both email and text:

“There is Payment Gateway issue on our website so the order was not processed. And there is no money debited from your card. Once issue solved we will email you. Kindly share your email for upcoming updates.”

Grammar problems obviously, and they had just replied to my email by the way so not sure why they were asking me to send again. I did not get charged but it bothers me that they got all my payment info.
I sent another email asking if I should place the order again or will my order be filled eventually and got no response.

Ordered a puzzle and nothing.. I’m puzzled. !

So I ordered a $14 child’s puzzle back in September.
Never heard back even though I got the order confirmation never received anything and it is not even on my credit card bill. Has anyone had this happen? I’m hoping that the order was automatically just shut down by my bank.
I keep checking my credit card account there is no other fraud on it as of yet. So I don’t know what’s happening?
I’ll never order from a random website like that again.

Scam company

On 10/7/23 I ordered a device called a Cell2jack which is a device to link a landline phone to bluetooth, waited 3 days for the "on hold" text to go away but went online, read the reviews and they all said that they waited 10 days to a month days to not receive the order and that it was on hold for a really long time. I also tried calling the phone number and it was busy or gave me "welcome to Verizon wireless" When I called. Also I looked up where the company is located and it's a great clips located in Florida. This is a scam company do not buy from here.

(Update November 11 2023) My order is still on hold.

Some story with me- places order and…

Some story with me- placed order and told it was on hold to verify payment. Meanwhile, my card numbers were used fraudulently for airline tickets, spas, grub hub and more. Luckily the bank caught this and we weren’t charged. Don’t trust this company at all!!!!

I wouldn't, if I were you

The price was great, the website looked legit so I placed an order with my credit card without googling the website first. Received an email stating my order was on hold for payment. 10 days later i tried emailing, no response. I called but their line was busy all day, every day. I tried using the bot on their website - it couldn't give me any info other than what i already knew; the order was still on hold for payment and someone from customer service would respond. I have heard nothing so i sent an email asking them to cancel my order. I googles the website and found all these horrible user reviews. The only good reviews were from people out of the country (Indonesia, Honduras, Brazil). Further research showed that the address of their business is a Great Clips hair salon in Florida. I'll be monitoring my credit card for fraud.

Sent over an order

Sent over an order. It has not been filled in over two weeks. I tried e-mailing and have not received any responses. I tried calling and the phone gives a disconnected sound. Company is ignoring me if it exists. If you expect or needs items, I would steer clear of this company

deserves zero stars. Placed order recieved probably what was an automated confirmation. Nothing further. Called, phone was busy. Tried to chat, not response. Now my order is cancelled and looked further into this. I will be monitoring my credit card closely for fraud.

100% a scam

100% a scam. I placed an order and put in my credit card information. 4 weeks later, my credit card company declines a $2k purchase for a store I've never heard of. I know it was from this website because on Casazo I was trying to purchase a gift so the recipient's name was different than mine. They used my phone number when trying to make the new purchase and I got a text message addressed to my gift recipient from the store they tried to make a purchase from. In no other place is my phone number connected to that name other than my Casazo order. Also, what store is trying to fix their payment processing for over a month?

Placed an order 7/16/2023. Received an email confirmation. Tracked the order on 7/20/2023 and it states "On Hold." I was never contacted by the company and there is no response to the open chat box. I tried calling to no avail. I will contact my credit card customer service to cancel this order.

My order confirmation has yet to clear and no one will return messages via chat or facebook. The phone number 904-906-2304 is always busy and no answering service picks up. All I want is to find why my order is "ON HOLD", and will it be shipped? This company, (if it is truly legitimate), has to fix this and fix it quick!!!

Becoming suspicious

I placed an order for 2 - 8oz. cans of Testors Universal Enamel Thinner on June 21, 2023 with payment via my debit card. I received an order confirmation later that day. As of Saturday, June 24, 2023, the payment had not yet posted to my bank account, so I checked on the order at the Casazo website. I was informed that the order was on hold pending receipt of payment. It seems like this transaction is taking way too long. I tried calling them at their listed number but it is always busy. ???? UPDATE: I sent them an email yesterday (June 26) requesting order status. Late yesterday, I received a reply indicating that they were having problems with their Payment Gateway and that nothing has been charged to my account at this time. They said they would complete my order as soon as the the issues were fixed. We'll see what happens. UPDATE: Monday, July 3. Nothing from them yet. I did a lot of searching on the internet and determined that this company is a scam that collects credit card and personal information from "customers", then sells the information to credit card fraud networks. Their location listed in St. Augustine, FL is a UPS Store. The UPS Store has no knowledge of them. Their phone is always busy. Their email sent in response to my order status request was worded exactly like an email that was sent to a customer of another SCAM company in Saratoga Springs, NY. They also claimed that an order was being held due to Payment Gateway issues. So, I cancelled my card this morning. I got a new one from my bank and will be sending a lot of information to the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney General's Office. WARNING - THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD ! UPDATE: I cancelled the order via email but they never bothered to respond to my cancellation, so that confirms my suspicion that they are a SCAM ! UPDATE: This SCAM outfit is still advertising this item, Testors Universal Enamel Thinner on the internet. There is still a busy signal whenever you try to call them as of 10/12/23.

Totally untrustworthy

On June 19 I ordered several phone speaker units and paid expedited shipping to get the merch here in 4 days. I get an email that they've received my order, but that they will ship it when my payment is confirmed. I messaged them on June 21 asking for an update. Nothing. I messaged their customer service chat window. 4 hours later I get a message to give my order number. Then nothing. Still no more emails, still no shipment confirmation. I'm unable to reach them on any other platform. They have links to FB, Insta, Twitter, etc. on their page but they don't work and cycle around to their page again. I'm very, very disappointed. We needed the products for a children's theater camp by Monday June 26 and there's no progress.
