Absolute lie about shipping. Money has been taken from my bank account and 3 weeks later nothing to show for it. This place is an absolute scam. I have a confirmation number but was never sent an email or shipping information on Shop. Poorly run business if it is legit. Attempted to contact and never heard back. DO NOT BUY! I just wanted a keepsake phone case to commemorate my soul dog that passed. Instead I got ripped off...

Have a Caseme for Samsung 4 years and still very good. Bought a new one for spouse.

I got the case today for a 15 Pro max. It took forever to get here (about two weeks) and then the delivery person threw it in a flower bed next to my front gate. Totally exposed to the elements and porch pirates. Unacceptable. The product it’s self looks fine although I’ve had no time to see how it holds up to wear and tear.

Not resistant to disinfectant based on alcohol. Black leather book magnet case lost all top cover when i took it to hands recently treated with disinfectants All my hands were black and the top cover started to loose crumbles frim the base leather layer.

The website claims 1-2 days fast shipping. It’s been almost 2 weeks & I still do not have the case I’ve ordered. False advertising. I’ll write another review when I receive my case

The case was unsuitable and it was not at all what I expected. On trying to return you get told to send registered post back to China when you will get sent a replacement. Obviously that's sending good money after bad.

I just ordered my second CaseMe phone case, only because I needed to upgrade my phone. I’ve had my first CaseMe case for a year and a half, maybe longer, it still looks new and I do not baby my phones. Months ago the magnet came off the lower snap and I was sure I’d be replacing it, but I never did and that upper snap holds even though I pack the pockets more than I should. The leather is high quality and the color shows no wear, I am so impressed. I recommend this case to everyone.

Regarding the ordering process and website use, it was just as good as using the case.

Great craftsmanship. Sleek and durable case protects my phone well. It also serves as a standard for the phone.This is my second one, the last one lasted 11 years, so that cost me about $2.75 per year to protect my phone. It was a no brainer to purchase the second one.
