We have just returned from a bespoke Christmas trip to Amsterdam arranged by Case Travel and it was everything we wanted and more. Danielle took on board all our criteria and provided recommendations and options so that we were able to choose exactly the perfect trip. Even when we had a delay in our initial travel, the team were on hand to help which is so reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for this great team, who really want to provide you with the best experience you can have for your budget.

We don’t book our holidays through anyone else! Ally and the team are fab at what they do. The holidays and hotels they recommend are always fantastic and the whole process is so easy. We’ve had flights cancelled before and it’s all so seamlessly managed. Absolutely recommend using Case Travel!

Case Travel were very helpful in planning a customised trip to Australia for myself and a friend in October 25. The hotels booked and all travel arrangements were great. The tours that Case Travel recommended were good and it was helpful to use their prior knowledge of what was possible with the time I had and also to know that I was booking with reputable tour companies. I also had to contact Case Travel on a couple of occasions during my trip to confirm arrangements and I always got a very swift reply which was helpful Thanks

We had an amazing experience arranged by Case Travel. Every stop was brilliant , great accommodation and experiences and the slickness of the transfers was incredible . We didn’t have to wait for any of our pickups which was so brilliant . If we had any questions then we were able to contact the Case Travel team who answered questions and also clarified and got involved where required. The team covered everything including assistance and online checking in at both home and destinations for us so all we had to do was turn up at the airports and book our luggage in - thank you so much everyone - we’ll be back

Fab trip to Seville Understood our need to be central and made a wonderful hotel selection.the private transfers were on time and easy to spot at the airport.

Also notified hotel of my husband birthday and received lots of attention correspondingly!

A big thank you to Case Travel for providing us with such brilliant information for our Paris trip. We had a party of ten and stayed in a super luxurious apartment, perfectly located between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. It was an easy walk to all the main attractions and just a short metro ride from Gare du Nord.
We will definitely be booking with Case Travel again.

I was looking for a last minute holiday for 4 nights to take my 14 year old granddaughter.
@casetravel found the perfect place in Menorca all inclusive and a local flight from Bournemouth.
I booked it on the Monday and we were sat by a lovely pool by lunchtime on Wednesday, no hassle all went smoothly.

Ally was suggested to us by our neighbours when we were looking to holiday in New Zealand. We simply told her that we wanted to go for five weeks, have a two day stopover in Singapore and wanted to "see and do everything in New Zealand that we ought not to miss". She produced a 42 page itinerary and, over a couple of months, we changed flights and added a few extra nights, all of which was dealt with brilliantly. Communication was superb throughout.

The holiday itself turned out to be flawless. Every flight, trip, connection, accommodation, car hire; everything went without hitch and gave us, quite simply, the "adventure" of a lifetime. Would not hesitate to recommend Ally and she is already helping us to plan our next trip.

Case Travel listened to what was require for our holiday and produced an excellent package for us taking into account our requirements for our holiday, budget etc. But they produced an itinerary which was planned perfectly for us, and one we certainly couldn't have found ourselves.
