Just wanted to pass on some positive feedback. I’ve really enjoyed using your platform — it’s consistently fair, processes withdrawals promptly, and offers strong dividends along with the occasional free-bet bonus. People usually only get in touch when something goes wrong, so I wanted to say thank you. Hi there, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Cashcage does not keep or withhold winnings — all bets are settled strictly in line with NSW wagering regulations and our published Terms & Conditions. We are also regularly monitored to ensure all practices are compliant.
In most cases, payout delays happen due to verification requirements, market settlement times, or additional checks required under Australian betting and AML laws. We’re more than happy to review this for you straight away.
Please contact our support team with your username or bet ID so we can investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We’re here to help.
If at any stage you feel like betting is becoming stressful or affecting your wellbeing, there are free and confidential support services available, we highly recommend taking a look:

Great expectations
Honestly, this is a good app. I’ve had no bad experiences here, withdrawals given at the times noted, loyalty bonuses where given and the deposit bonus draw helped too.
My only feedback would be hopefully one day quicker withdrawals
