As a tour manager and native Italian touring in my home country for many years, I can say she put together a fabulous Italian adventure for a passionate and well travelled American group. Her itinerary included the best of Rome, Florence (including a trip to Pisa), and Venice plus some unforgettable memories such as the Carrara Marble tour, the visit of Cinque Terre, the beautiful village of San Gimignano and other cultural experiences which gave an authentic Italian experience to my group. Flights and transfers were included and all went ahead without any issue. The hotels were an excellent choice and kate responded to all my requests promptly, professionally and happily! Our team had worked with Cashel starting in 2019 prior to the pandemic. They were able to help us pivot to a virtual event in 2021, and later host our initial in-person conference in 2022. Nerea Chafer and her team were there throughout the process. From negations, logistics, set-up, security, lodging, transportation, tours, and everything in between.

Cashel helped us to organize a conference in London. Nerea Chafer was our event lead and she was just excellent. Nerea was thorough and a pleasure to work with throughout the months-long planning process. I was most impressed by her on-site management during the conference and tireless commitment to making sure every expectation was met and no detail was overlooked.
