Asking for a loan they don’t really care about the individual apart from putting interest rate up as far as they can iv been on an Iva for 5 years now have all completion certificates which I paid for over 5 years now clear is this not proof enough that I’m managing better they don’t seem to look at things like this

Had a bit of an out of the blue emergency and needed a small amount for less than 24hrs, none offer this mind, all 3 months or longer, of course. Was in a super temp bind so thought sod it. Used this cashlady as I was in a hectic rush. What a load of nonsense and verging on illegal. It didn't offer me money directly but obfuscated the following fact, slipping in other broker sign ups in the guise of giving your details for the loan. Long story short, I realised the second I pressed approve payment of £0.00 to validate my bank. It was a extremely vile credit history subscription I'd entered my details into and not the supposed cashlady verifying my bank for a loan, Credit Genius they're called. Now yes, silly of me but the subterfuge is nigh illegal, you're one second dealing with one entity and in the middle they do a switcheroo for another unwanted and unneeded (you can do this check for free, yourself) service, that now has your bank details and has disgustingly just signed you up for a credit history subscription. Yes there may be mention of it hiding in the corner in small writing but you've just been dealing with another entity who are supposedly offering you a loan. And at a time when people who are probably already terribly struggling thus the need for a vampiric loan, now they're in the hole for £25 every month. Borderline criminal. They'll disappear when the men in suits come a sniffing then open an exact same company who suck the blood of people while the pig at the top laughs in Marbella. More fool me for being in a bind and being stupid. Reported to my bank anyway.

I received a call from someone cash lady Saying I had been accepted for a loan of £5000 They said I had to pay £75 insurance then a one time payment of £195 to release the loan. They then asked for another one time payment of £180 and then another onetime payment of £190 paid into different bank account's When I asked them to cancel the loan as I believe this was a scam they asked for another £90 cancellation fee I believe this company to be a scam I have checked ther website and no number to call.
I have contact the police and reported it and contacted the bank to try and get the funds returned. Please avoid like the plague or you will lose money.
