As a paying customer who spent real money buying coins, autospin glitched during Legend Buffalo at 400M bet and trapped my screen in a purchase pop-up loop. System logs prove the game triggered "low_on_coins" alerts but ignored its safeguards, continuing 400M bets in the background. Support offered a worthless credit and ignores follow-ups. Do not spend money here.

I rate this crap game less than 1! They rip off customers creating the most ridiculous "coin offers!" No matter how much i spend, they give me the worst bonus coins! Their competitions are rigged and sometimes dont even work.
Dont waste your time or money on this app. They do not care or resolve issues. They just "pass it onto the team" which does absolutely NOTHING!
They have also now created a dumb robot to answer ur questions before having to beg the robot to speak to a human. I could go on and on but it will not make a difference because in the end they dont care!

If I can give it a zero I would it’s a big rip off. They’ve recently put the max bet right next to the spin button so you will eventually accidentally hit the spin button then in like magic your money is gone before they used to have a high limit area and you can increase your back that way they treat slots like Texas hold them. It’s all or nothing with that max bet right there and it doesn’t even give you a chance to change it. It’s almost like they’re doing it intentionally stay away.

Cashman was my favorite casino until 5 months ago. I just play to play. I don't sign up for any cash bonuses, just play my favorite games. In the past week, I purchased a minuscule amount of coins for big bucks, three times. Never got a bonus after 300 spins. I guess I'm done with this app sadly. There are constant problems with receiving bonuses on the Cashman Casino app and trying to contact customer service does no good. When you report a problem they respond with prewritten nonsense that does not address your particular situation. There are so many other sites that appreciate your business and don't cheat you so spend your money wisely...and elsewhere.

Bullshit. Automatically raises you bet without you doing it. Once you start winning, the app automatically starts to raise your bet. If you don't pay attention, all of your credits disappear leaving you the choice of existing the game or buying more credits to continue. Definitely a scam !!!

My "cash" redemption has been pending since 9/11/25. That's 5 months now. Their T&C's state that redemption approval is at their sole discretion and no reason or notification has to be given. Also states that it may not be approved for "any reason". I worked non-stop to reach the threshhold to redeem for,not cash, but gift cards, etc. just to be left hanging. It's also very hard to find any offers that actually go through to the site to complete the offers or missions. Most, not all, that actually go through are to write 5-star reviews for apps you know nothing about,haven't downloaded, or even played. They just want a 5-star fake review. Others require sign-ups or subscriptions. Then there is no way of keeping track of which have been completed or those that didn't let you open the website. Guess if it sounds to good to be true…

The cashmanapp is by far the most trustworthy and reliable sources to earn actual money by participating in surveys, or sometimes offers, and even games. I can't tell you how many scam or bogus sights or apps there are as we close out a quarter of a century here soon. I'll admit I myself have been had by a couple of them. Yea I wasted I'd say a good week or more in total doing everything one of these surver plus more sites requested me to do and not once was I ever even paid out a lousy dollar. So I invite you to take it from me when I tell you that the CASHMANAPP is the honest to God real deal truth. The best part is , there is very little turn around time from a user completing said task and being able to 100% get their hands on that money they were promised. Now I do want to clear that statement up a little before I bounce, when I said getting hands on money, it is a figure of speech. Most payouts are in the form of gift cards but hey I personally see that as the next best thing to cold hard cash and they do have a monetary value if you are looking at it from that perspective. They advertise free play, and the ability once playthrough is completed of course to withdraw a certain amount of money, and then when you go to withdraw it it requires you to register. In which case you do that, then they tell you you have to recharge any amount in order to get your $20 or $10 or whatever small Penny Annie amount that it is you were supposed to be able to win upon completion of your playthrough which is 10 times by the way what your free play was. And when you contact customer service they tell you they never said that. Oh they were quick to reply, however sarcastically they do so, in my case anyways. Do not waste your time as this is probably something thought up by some teenagers to steal American money from hardworking people or to just promise them something and then not follow through as their form of entertainment or something. Scam, scam, scam, don't even download it!! Waste of time.
