I have been waiting for a €1500 withdrawal from Casinoly for two weeks now, and it is still not paid out.
The withdrawal has been shown as “under review” for several days, but there has been no clear timeline or proper update provided. When I contact customer support, I only receive generic replies asking me to wait, without any concrete explanation of what is causing the delay.
I understand that some checks are required, but a two-week delay for a standard withdrawal without transparent communication is very frustrating and concerning.
At this stage, I am simply requesting clarity on the status of my payment and for the funds to be processed without further unnecessary delay.
