I had a very disappointing experience with Caspian Host.

Initially, our server backup was deleted, and I was later offered 2 months of free hosting as compensation. However, after that, I started experiencing repeated downtime and new issues with the server. Whenever I contacted the provider to resolve these problems, the conversations often turned into arguments, and I received abusive messages, including insults directed at my parents and family. I have screenshots and other evidence of these conversations.

More recently, I requested port 19132 for my Minecraft server. The provider then claimed that free proxy service was not included with the Lifesteal server package. When I asked for proof of the original agreement, I did not receive any clear evidence and instead received emoji responses.

At that point, I told the provider that I no longer wanted the promised 2 months of free hosting and simply wanted my backup returned. My request was ignored. After I also responded with abusive language during the argument, my server was suspended. I acknowledge that I should not have responded that way, but I believe the original technical issues, communication, and unresolved backup request should still have been handled professionally.

Overall, this experience left me disappointed with the support, communication, and handling of my server backup. I recommend that anyone considering this host clarify all agreements in writing and maintain independent backups of their server files.

**⚠️ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Caspian Hosting – Think Twice Before Buying!**

Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with Caspian Hosting. This has been one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve had.

There is **no proper contact number, no refund, no reliable email support, and no proper response on Discord.** When you face a problem, you’re left waiting and wondering whether anyone is going to help you at all.

The worst part is that **they suspend servers whenever they want**, and then tell you to purchase DDoS protection if you want the server to work properly. Seriously, why sell hosting in the first place if the service is going to be suspended whenever an issue occurs? Customers pay for a working service, not endless excuses and unexpected suspensions.

And what about technical support? Is there only ONE person handling the entire technical support team? From my experience, the only person who seems to respond to support tickets is the CEO, Corvex. Even then, responses can take a very long time. Is this what professional hosting support is supposed to look like?

I’ve been so frustrated by this service that I honestly don’t even know what else to say. Poor communication, unreliable support, server suspension issues, and no satisfactory refund experience have made this an incredibly disappointing purchase.

I’m also disappointed by the promotions made by YouTubers such as **Spunky and Niz Gamer**. Their promotions influenced my perception of this hosting service, but my personal experience has been completely different from what I expected. I strongly recommend doing your own research and checking independent reviews before purchasing through any influencer promotion.

My advice to anyone considering Caspian Hosting: **do thorough research before spending your money.** Don't rely solely on YouTube promotions. Check real customer experiences, understand the refund policy, and make sure the support team is actually available when something goes wrong.

A hosting provider should offer reliability, transparency, and proper customer support. Based on my experience, Caspian Hosting has fallen far short of my expectations.

i paid for service on time and been more than a day nothing but fake promises and lies not even refunding money for services i was never delivered.

if you planning to buy coz you saw a youtube vide trust me all those are paid fake promotions as a customer he is just scamming and goes offline the moment you ask for help or refund.

Their Discord has no channel where their customers can even post. only way to communicate is through the ticket system, which is always backlogged, and issues take soo soo long to be addressed.
Bought a 16GB plan; first, they kept switching Nodes, thus changing the IP. Then the downtime. few days ago, my server got suspended cause according to them, my server was running at high load for a prolonged time. I was only running Chunky (a pregen mod) to ensure smooth running of the server. Just to clarify, I had to wait 24+ hours after opening the ticket.

worst server hosting experience i ever had the server stop working every other day and it been 4 days since the server is not working when im trying to get help from support then either they just ignore me or say we are just fixing you server give us 1 hour from last 4 days and when i ask for refund they dont reply

The host is very rude and he is not giving the response for the server issues......and also the server is full of lag like the loot are not collected and getting damages from the mobs etc...and the server gets often disconnected from the host .This is a bad server

GOOD SERVER I HAVE EVER SEEN CHEAPEST BEAST PERFORMANCE

This host was recently promoted by one of the Indian youtuber Spunky Extra. The host in the video promoted is “caspian.host”. Upon lookup, their site is heavily vibe coded. The youtuber called it “smooth”. The footer links don’t work in home page. It isn’t easy for viewers to navigate to terms of policy and refund policy searching the url themself. In the footer, most of the links do not work includiong (“Report Abuse”, “Upstreams”, “DDOS Protection”, “Colocation”, etc). In the footer the ASN number simply says AS123456. Furthermore, they don’t have a server status page.

They claim to have upto 500 Tbps cloudflare transit. I opened a ticket on their discord server, got delayed response when I asked them questions. 500 Tbps cloudflare transit claim is from their upstream provider that is Advika Web Developments Hosting Pvt Ltd. I found this info from subdomains lookup. I checked that they are hosting their wings on this ip somya.caspian.host.

Furthermore, the youtuber didn’t show spark profiler in his video, so I am not sure if they are actually providing Ryzen 9. Their minecraft plans are too cheap to be true. Their website claim that they are better than other host like shockbyte, etc. Funny enough the youtuber’s main channel is sponsored by shockbyte itself.

Also, their website has static customer reviews (fake), the trustpilot link on their website redirects to caspian-host.xyz. This domain isn’t registered yet.

The website UI itself is pretty bad. I didn’t find any guarantee in their host. Don’t why a youtuber like Spunky Extra would promote their host.
