Very helpful throughout the service, with all questions answered before purchase and care/handling instructions received. Checked quite a few other sites and found this to be best price for complete service. The product is an Arroll cast iron radiator in which I'm extremely happy with and arrived within the estimated delivery time. Can't fault the service and will be using again.

Not much to say except that the customer service is efficient and quick. products look very appealing and delivery is rapid.

We purchased polished Narrow Duchess cast iron radiator to stand as a feature in hallway. After discussion with the knowledgeable staff we chose the tradition polish in keeping with the house. Thrilled with the radiator and its accessories. It is going to make me smile for a long time. The service from Cast Iron Radiators Ltd was amongst the best I have received. They kept me informed from order to delivery. Just wonderful.

We refurbished our house and replaced all the radiators upstairs with pewter coloured ones from Cast Iron Radiators. They are brilliant and have been admired by all who visit! The service was fantastic, from initial advice on which sizes would work in each room, to update on delivery. They are heavy but our builders handled them !

The products are a delight; they are features that enhance what could be the dullest parts of the room. As with all custom-made items, there is a lead time, so order well in advance to be sure. Staff provide updates and delivery dates with warnings to have plenty of muscle available on the date of delivery, together with helpful handling advice as these things are HEAVY. Any niggles (I only experienced 1) are rectified in good time and at their cost. I have used twice and I will use again.

We ordered one radiator to be a 'feature' in the kitchen of our tiny French house. We ordered the painted and antiqued finish. When it arrived it exceeded all my expectations .. I have never used the words 'beautiful' and 'radiator' in the same sentence before but they are entirely appropriate.

Notes to selves - If the excellent sales assistants (Alison and Lisa) give you advice re the colour - Listen! They know what they are talking about. Also check the delivery date with them when you order - the lead time on the website is not necessarily accurate - but as above, worth the wait! or weight in this case - The rads weigh a tonne .. we were offered shipping to France for an extra £100 and in other circumstances that would be well worth it.

I have ordered 3 sets of Radiators now and am happy to say they are fantastic. Very helpful and polite customer service, a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say they will do, and then do it well.

Excellent service both before and after the order process, help and guidance was no problem for style, size etc, nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I omitted to order one of the radiators and this was turned around in 24 hours for us, really exceptional service and support.

The radiators look great, perform very well and represent excellent value in the marketplace in comparison to similar products in the market.

I ordered 5 radiators from CIR Ltd in September 2015 and couldn't be happier. The online system seemed to get confused because I was ordering 3 the same size - so I simply rang them and placed a telephone order. Actually speaking to someone was great anyway because they were able to answer a couple of queries I had straight away. Radiators did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected (20 days from order to delivery) but I had ordered them in good time so not a problem for me. One 20 section radiator came in three parts and a couple of the joining nipples were missing but they were sent out the day after I rang to let them know. The packaging was excellent and radiators all in excellent condition. I ordered primed radiators and painted them myself. They warned me that radiators were v heavy - and they were. It took 3 men to get the 15 section ones upstairs! They were fitted with no problems by very experienced plumber I use - valves and wall stays also of good quality. Very pleased with both the product and the service. Thank you Cast Iron Radiators Ltd!

What a very disappointing experience... Long wait for delivery... Arrived incomplete! poor customer service response to missing caps .... Arrived after 3 requests but unfinished metal so does not match radiator...

Bardzo dobra i mila obsluga telefoniczna i niezmiernie pomocna. Zamowiony przeze mnie grzejnik idealnie komponuje sie w mojej garderobie, oprocz tego fantastycznie ogrzewa pomieszczenie.
