I have tried virtually every other product out there, and none of them compare.

I had persistent sciatica pain that shot down my right side from sitting at a desk for long hours. It got to the point where I couldn't sleep without flipping sides every 10 minutes. It was awful.

Stretching didn't help, I got the CastleFlexx and after a single session I had relief. I only stretched for a minute. It allowed me to get a deep glute stretch that finally released whatever muscle was making the sciatica pain worse. It was immediate. I got up, walked a bit and felt the pain was gone, then did some more stretching with the CastleFlexx.

I ended up without pain for about 3 months before I had to start stretching with it again, but it works. Somehow it just gives me long lasting relief. It's awesome.

I bought my castle flex 3 or 4 yrs ago using my FSA account as a way to truly stretch my hamstrings. They do that along with stretching my groin and lateral hip flexors. I’ve referred several family members and colleagues. Most people love it but think it’s too expensive, I however do not as it’s a daily routine before I start my day. Btw my sister loves hers.

This may not work for everyone but it’s worth a try. It’s well made and sturdy. Consistency is key. In the end, it did not work for me, but the owners are responsive.

Castleflexx....I really like the stretching tool. I use it before and after running as well as on days that I do Pilates. If my hamstrings are stretched, everything works better. The fact that it pulls the toes back makes the stretches much more effective since the foot is included in the stretch. This is rare, and difficult to do without the proper tool. That being said, i would love to travel with my Castleflexx but it is too long and too heavy to put in my carry on. Thanks for a great product.

I am writing my experience with Castleflexx. I have had my Castleflexx for a few months now and it has been a life saver on my flexibility, stretching and injury prevention. I am very happy with my purchase and have to say the product is exactly what I expected it needed for my stretching and strength training. I also was very happy with the Customer service when I purchased the product. They were very informative and knowledgeable and got my package 📦 out to me as soon as possible. So I am very happy and would would definitely recommend the Castleflexx to my friends and family if they were in need of a product like this. It has definitely helped me get my flexibility back and prevent any issues or possible injuries occurring.

CastleFlexx is an incredible product. Ever since I started using this, I've never had plantar fasciitis again. Dramatically less back pain. Hamstrings feel way better. I tell everybody about it. I don't even think you can have a bad experience with this product if you use it consistently. It is undeniably the best piece of equipment for recovery that I own.

I use Castleflexx on average twice a week when I'm feeling particularly tight or when I'm prepping to go work out. The tool gives me the deepest stretch I've ever experienced, and it does it in an efficient time effective way. It's also incredibly easy as I typically just pull back my arms at my elbow without even holding on tight. The result is that I'm able to work out longer and more often and I can recover faster.

I've explored their YouTube channel a little bit to learn new stretches but I should probably go deeper into their digital content. Each stretch I learn seems to unlock something new for me,

I also get restless legs and tight muscles at night. I'll often use the castlflexx to help with that so I can get sleep. It works every time. Its without a doubt the most valuable stretching tool I've ever tried, and its fun to get my friends to try it and watch their reactions, as everyone is always wowed by how deep a stretch they can get so quickly and easily.

The Castleflex is much more stable than a resistance band and allows for percision stretch my adjusting the amount of distance between the ankle and handles (rolling it up). It allowed for an incredible stretch and full recovery from a longitudinal tear in my peroneal tendon. I am a cardiac surgeon, endurance athlete, and black belt in Okinawa karate so I am no stranger to injury. This is a recovery tool worth having.

I have had my Castleflexx for a few years now. I really loved using it, but for some reason I find I dont use it at all.
I will say I am put off my the subscrption excercise programs but other than that, I don’t really engage with it.
I really expected to have a few programs of exercises come with the equipment. So as much as I loved using it I really needed more of a program. And not a subscription.

This little amazing tool helps with chronic pain and strengthens my legs. I love this simple easy way to stretch out my legs!! I highly recommend the Castleflex!! You have a stated 100 day return policy, So when I got my Castleflex I realized that I should have ordered the extra large instead of the large. I returned it and a few weeks later I got it back in the mail saying you do not accept returns anymore? Bit of a joke

This is a great product. I had IT band issues and really tight calves, and the Castleflexx helped me tremendously. I use it frequently after runs and anytime I’m feeling sore. 100% worth it.

I love the concept of this item. I did purchase the more luxury upgrade item, with the cork handles. I haven't quite mastered the usability of it being full body. I struggle with the arms and stuff to make it work for me. But leg wise I'm pretty comfortable using it. If I could change anything about it, I would make the handles more cushioned, with a cushion in the center. I actually use it more, and in a better way, in the center of the stick more then i do the end handles. But the center is just metal, and the gap between metal and fabric is small. That's my only critique.
