Been waiting on a $1500 order for 2 months. Zero communication from them. I have made several phone calls. In the event that I get a real person, they offer up lame excuses as to why my order hasn't shipped yet and promise it will ship at the end of the week, been another 3 weeks still waiting...

Charge extra for a "specialist" courier who dumped the item at a lockup in the city centre. Email bounced back when complained. Will do a charge back on the card.

Scam artist, I sent them two emails over a 2 week period asking them to cancel my order. No responses until I filed a chargeback then they go ahead and ship a product I don’t need anymore. Incompetence at its finest!

Placed an order on feb 27. March 9th and onward i contacted them for an update. And since have tried no less then 3 times via their website contact portal. Then their ebay account. And called multiple times. Each and every time. No response. I didnt officially ask to cancel until the 19th. Filed cc dispute on march 19 due to all failed attempts to reach them. And case closed the 20th. That seemed extremely fast and almost seems their actively choosing to not ship or respond to customers. I'd urge others to not bother with this company and anyone with outstanding orders to report this business.

Ordered an electroplating kit on Dec 18th with the hopes of arriving around xmas. Here it is Jan6th and the order is still "awaiting fulfillment". I have submitted support tickets and have received no reply. I have emailed their support/sales and left a voicemail and no reply. I have tried to use the automated chat during business hours and they are never able to connect to a real person. There has been zero communication on their part for a month. I have informed them I wish to cancel and will dispute the purchase. Their social media is not active as well.
