CROOKS!!
I would give this company 0 stars if that was an option! Absolute crooks. They stick you in a 5 year rolling contract without telling you and hide behind fine print. Shocking customer service and under hand behaviour!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We always aim to make the duration of the contract clear. Our area sales managers are trained to fully explain this at the point of signing, and it is also provided in writing on the contract and welcome pack that is sent after signing.

Overall Experience
Craig - Site Manager for Bristol Dockyards - Our contract Manager Ashley is very supportive in our needs. Whether this is changes to our service or any issues with the current ones. The site operative is very prompt and gets the job done to a very good standard. One part of the service is now no longer available which unfortunately hindered our overall service contract. Hence the star rating being a 4, if this part of the service was still available it would've certainly of been a 5!

Super experience. Gary Gibb kept it simple, wasnt there to do the big sell. Listened to what I needed and he tailored the new contract accordingly. Exactly what my club needed.

My rep Georgie is just the best. Always visits with a smile on her face. Always very professional and friendly. I have never had any problems with the company in all the years I have been with them. Definitely recommend.
